Item arrived quickly and as described. It is very easy to fit as both ends have a criss-cross pattern on the surface of the threaded parts making them easy to grip and tighten without the need for tools. It looks very nice, considering it is essentially a rubber tube with a metallic finish. As it has a smooth surface unlike more traditional show hoses there isn't anywhere for dirt and limescale to gather, so keeping it clean should be nice and easy. Only downside was that the one I received had some minor cosmetic damage on part of the hose, like it had been scuffed by something which had left a blue mark behind... could have been from the packaging, but it doesn't seem to want to be cleaned off.

I think these shower hoses are the best available. They look very modern and smart, and because of the smooth exterior to the flex, they are easy to keep clean. They are also more flexible than the chrome type hoses with a clear tube plastic coating to aid cleaning. I have had one of these hoses in use in another shower, and it still looks good after about 8 years in use. I wouldn't choose any other type, and Amazon offer these at a very good price.

I wanted to replace the standard felxible stainless steel shower hose as it was a pain to clean and looked unsightly. Searched various web sites and choose this one, mainly due to the description being written clearly. The hose was delivered very quickly and fitted with no problems. Easy to keep clean as there are no dips or gaps for mould to build up in.I will be buying another for the second shower room and would recommend this product.

I was fed up with having to descale and scrub our original coiled shower hoses; we've only had them in place 18 months and they were looking grubby, no matter how much I cleaned them. I saw these in a hotel room in France and decided to search them out when we got home and both bathrooms now look so much better. Just wipe them over at the same time as the chrome in the bathroom and they stay looking good.

Works, more hygenic than the sprung cable kind but certainly less flexible as this is stiffer than the sprung type. Important to note that the bigger connection end goes on the showerhead, and the smaller on the tap end. This gives the shower head more manoeuvrability, discovered this by trial and error.

Bought this to replace a Grohe hose that had split near the connection after only 18 months. The VitalioFlex is better quality seems to have a tougher sheath so hopefully will not split so easily and last longer. Also the connection at the shower head end of the hose rotates which is a good feature.

I have used this type of hose on holiday in the states and in Europe and always thought how much better they are than the noisy hard to clean silver metal versions common here in the U.K. I can recommend this item because of its ease of maintenance and silence while being used

Works great, it is basically a metallic hosepipe but its easy to clean and has a great flow, only giving 4 stars because it naturally wants to twist slightly when stationary so if your shower head rests on a fixture you may find it veers towards one side or the other.

I had this Grohe shower hose for 6 month no leaks works very well with the Grohe showerhead and the Grohe thermostatic control. Definitely recommend this as replacement for the traditional metal shower hose. No limescale build up and very easy to clean.

Nicer than your average hose and easy to clean! Especially like the way the fitting rotates so the hose can't twist during use!Hoses can be purchased a lot cheaper than this but i think its worth the extra as the quality shows.Would recommend!

This GROHE shower hose fitted easily and perfectly. It looks better than I thought and will not become engrained with limescale which has destroyed my last shower hose. Great product. Will purchase another in due course to replace bath hose.

I bought this because of the manufacturer but would recommend it to any one looking to replace a flexible hose. The only drawback is the colour which is not a match for polished Chrome. However the benefits outweigh that one negative.

Bought this after seeing in a couple of hotel bathrooms. It doesn't bang against the shower wall and it is easily kept clear of limescale owing to its smooth surface. Well worth the extra money.

Excellent quality; being a smooth silver plastic it's flexible yet'quiet' compared to the link style which was previously fitted. Does the job perfectly for less than any alternative in B&Q!

Fast delivery, good quality. This hose is incased in plastic so hopefully will stop leaks occurring (my other hose which was articulated- lasted only a year before leaking in the joins)..
