I returned this item on 3rd Nov (now 21), I have return receipt but my 'return' suggests it is still with me... which is incorrect and I have the proof to show. However there is no way to contact the seller to track what is happening :( :( Very worrying and poor.

This is not a perfect match with other products from the Relexa range so I will probably have to replace it with something that is a better match at some point.Can't return it as it's been fitted to the wall.
