Top quality product, good, easy and smooth temperature and flow control. Great design! Solid material. Initial temperature-setting was off (35deg instead of 38), but I used a precise digital thermometer to adjust it (just follow the instructions, its easy), and all was well. Great price as well. If you install it yourself, I highly recommend to invest in a (cheap) fixed 30mm wrench and NOT to use a pipe spanner, or any adjustable tool, jaw pliers etc to avoid scratching the connectors, that would be a shame. Use teflon tape to ensure water tightness.

Firstly this is easy peasy to install, I was replacing a horrid cheap thermostatic mixer. I have no plumbing experience.the old one to turn it on was tight, this one turns with ease, the temperature control too is easy to turn and the temperature control is consistent.its still working perfectly 2 months on. dont buy the cheap £50 types they are a waste of money.
