Armani is a bit of a mystery to me. I mean, who'd want jeans with a wee gold badge on the back? What geezer in the history of the world ever woke up on a Saturday morning and thought, "you know what, today I wanna buy a wet-look nylon blouson jacket with a fussy fold-over collar".In all honesty, if you gave me 150 coins and held a gun to my head, I'd find it easier to spend them in M&S than Emporio. By miles. I think some of the women's Emporio and Collezione stuff is ok though. And I have nothing against old Giorgio, it's just that we come from different planets.Eau de Nuit is a funny name. Makes me think of waking up at 4am and needing to go for an "eau de nuit" before going back to bed.Bottle design,unironic 1980s Greco-Roman. Very, very, very dull and uninspiring.Smell - bit of a surprise, this one. It's really very good indeed. It's pretty strong on tonka bean, which is quite big at the moment for some reason but I suppose beats Heinz bean as something to smell like. The tonka may not be to everyone's taste, this cologne really does throw it out there.Geezer factor - Eau de Nuit is one of those colognes that has geezer neutrality. Despite its being an Armani product, there's no lifestyle branding behind it. Have you noticed, by the way, that much of what people term "branding" is actually just baggage. Miles and miles of stupidity marketing as far as the eye can see - and in every direction. Artisan this. Pop up that. Sleek premium yawn. So good on old Giorgio for bypassing it completely here. By wearing this you're not aligning yourself to anything. You could be waiting in the queue at the 24 hour McDonalds on Brixton Road or you could be on a yacht in the Caribbean and wear this. It's got class but is oddly democratic. Must be the beans.Quality - decent. Projection is quite strong at the start but gets subtle after that. Longevity is fine. Hours, but not all day.All in all, a good product but boring presentation.

Having just spent the weekend celebrating our 1 year engagement my partner bought this for me on our way back from Paris. Surprisingly it actually would have been cheaper from Amazon where it is also a lot cheaper than on the high-street here in the UK, so I'll be getting it from here in the future, although it was a very nice gift. The fragrance itself I really love - it's elegant with a nice depth to it but quite sweet for a man-scent initially, although it has some strong manly tones underneath with the tonka bean, cedar and spices being quite heavy and filling out into a nice woody masculine smell when it settles.When first sprayed on it's pretty strong but not overwhelmingly so and it does fade slightly after a while and then remains as a strong but subtle fragrance for the best part of the day, so has reasonably good staying power, too. I'd happily use this for general day time use as well as evenings out etc and can see myself getting through it without any trouble.I also really like the bottle and it would make a great gift for your man if he's into his fragrance, or if you're just not into his natural fragrance and want to give him something nice ;)THANKS FUTURE WIFEY

I put a little bit of Eau de Nuit on before going to bed . You only need a tiny spray as it's quite strong in a subtle sort of way. In my opinion very different to Armani Night which I'm guessing it may have replaced. I've got a small amount of Night left, and I only like the smell of that after a good 3 hours after applying. I like the Nuit straight away. I also use the Nuit as room fragrance occasionally as it's not overpowering.

I’ve given this item 5 stars for everything, as I’ve bought it before. It’s for a gift for my Son. I’m not sure what the scent is like, but it’s great value for money! It was packed very well. I’m happy so far. I’m hoping the scent is fine. I won’t know until after Christmas! Otherwise, everything was good.

Competitive price - comparing to the amount of money you would need to spend in the highstreet. On the other hand you get what you pay for - the fragrance seems to smell slightly different from the one available in stores and is a bit weeker in my opinion.

Great perfume, love the smell on my husband. He says its a woman's perfume but its definitely for men, just sweeter...I like it. He used to have chanel sport doesn't compare the smell..but at half price worth to try.

This EDT was bought for my son for Christmas. It is one of his favourites so felt I couldn't go wrong with the purchase. The price was very favourable.

Smells great but is very strong, as expected it's really for an evening or special occasion. In my opinion it's a bit too pungent for daily use

It does smell nice though, not sure I'd buy it again unless it was heavily discounted, but it was a blind buy.
