A solid B350 micro-atx motherboard, will a very decent range of features and decent overclocking capability,Plenty of USB ports, M2 Nvme capability, a decent number of Sata ports, 4 slots of ram make this a solid motherboard, with a very decent price. While fancier motherboards with the X370 chipset might offer more features, I feel that this MB is very good value as it still allows for easy overclocking of a Ryzen CPU. I'm running a AMD Ryzen 1600 and was easily able to overclock it to 3.8Ghz across all 6 cores. The motherboard runs cool, balances the connected fans rpms so as to keep it quiet, and even when stress testing the overclocked cpu the VRM modules keeps decent temperatures. The cpu can be overclocked to 3.9 or 4ghz as well with (I tried to do so sucessfuly, but prefered to have a bit less mhz and using much less vcore). The more expensive boards won't do any better in overclocking the Ryzen, so that's a very positive point for this motherboard. While I haven't been able to run any memory at 3000mhz on it, having tested two different kits, 2666mhz can be achieved with tighter timings. Hopefully future updates on the bios and AMD microcode will improve this situation. As I already had a couple of SATA SSDs, I ended up buying a Samsung Polaris SM961 128gb just as Nvme SSD boot drive for increased speeds. While this is not on the QVL, the larger 1tb model is. It still worked perfectly.I'm very happy with the performance for the price, and would strongly recomend this for any Ryzen build in MicroAtx format!

I’ve had no mechanical issues with this motherboard since getting it in mid-way through this year. BIOS is very easy to navigate, especially as a first time PC builder. This A320 boards’ micro-ATX (or mATX) form factor and lack of overclocking support brings the price down by noticeable margin compared to the B350 and B450 offerings. Bearing in mind again this is my first build, im not fussed at all about losing out on overclocking, but bear in this in mind for your builds that you will have to go up the product line for that.Besides losing out on overclocking support, you also lose a couple of USB connections, both internally and on the rear I/O, compared to larger boards. For me this wasn’t an issue but still worth mentioning. Now the important point, and the one that has actually affected my build/part choices quite a lot. The SATA ports on this board are down on the bottom right corner, horizontal, rather than positioned vertically slightly further up the board. Because of this, any GPU used with this board must be NO MORE THAN A 2 SLOT CARD. If your GPU is a 3 slot, or even a 2.5 or 2.25 slot, the fans will cover your SATA ports and maybe even your front I/O headers if it’s a particularly large card. With this in mind, any blower-style GPU should fit fine, but I recommend looking at the length and depth of your GPU first before buying the board, just to make sure that you can still access the ports you need.

Please remember this is a relatively cheap motherboard towards the bottom of the Gigabyte lineup of Ryzen products and not designed to support the requirements of extreme overclocking. Mine is fitted with a Ryzen 5 1600 and 16Gb of Corsair LPX 3200Mhz memory, MSI gaming x RX480 graphics topped off with 256Gb M.2 nvme. The motherboard arrived with the latest bios and the newly built system fired up first time, all components detected and installed correctly. Slight niggle, the Corsair ram will only run at 2933Mhz, the system refuses to post using the XMP profile but I think that's down to Corsair. The bios has plenty of options for the amature overclocker.I spent many frustrating hours messing with memory timings...2933Mhz is easy to achieve as was tightening memory timings and voltage at that speed.. All the important system voltages are available to adjust and more importantly, this board is fitted with 5 temperature sensors so system health is thoroughly monitored as are fan speeds. Overclocking the processor to 3.8Ghz on all 6 cores takes 2 seconds and is completely stable, running Aida64 for a while temperatures hover around 50 degrees C, I'm happy with that. I had an Amazon 'used' warehouse deal on this board and paid £73 delivered. That's a bargain. All in all I'm very impressed ...oh nearly forgot to mention, with the M.2 nvme, from system turn on to Windows 10 ready for work is about 15 seconds!

I bought this for longevity and for high-quality parts (and because there weren't any ITX offerings at time of release!), but if I were to purchase again I'd probably go with my most-trusted brand - Asrock - their recent ITX announcement has an Intel Gigabit ethernet controller which is much more widely used than Realtek, and they have built-in wifi.I don't care for RGB, but I wanted a board that would last with good quality components and receive regular BIOS updates as AMD tweaks microcode to optimise for Ryzen. So far, Gigabyte has been forthcoming with updates, but naturally ATX comes first, then M-ATX.The board itself is sturdy, the I/O shield is fancy, the BIOS is great but at present needs a few tweaks.I can overclock my Ryzen 1600 to 3.7 at 1.23v without issue. If you want some tips for overclocking with this board, look for Paul's Hardware Overclocking Ryzen 5 guide, as he uses a Gigabyte BIOS for demonstration.Aside from those points there's not much I can comment on. The I/O options are great and as future-proof as you can get. The only downsides? Lack of in-built wifi and the not-so-great ethernet controller.Note that there are only 2 fan headers aside from the CPU fan header, so if you have 3+ case fans, you're going to need a splitter.

Gigabyte has always been known for their well-engineered motherboards and this motherboard is no exception to this rule. You have full control over the PCI-E system on this motherboard, all of the slots are routed to CPU. You can set the Gen 3, Gen 2 and Gen 1 in motherboard bios and this gives make the motherboard very flexible and easy to troubleshoot compatibility issues. The motherboard can support 4 GPUs via USB 3 riser kits.As with all Ryzen chipsets, running XMP profiles at 1.35volts see the actual voltage register around 1.345volts and I would recommend running XMP profiles with 1.38volts because it makes a noticeable improvement to the responsiveness of the PC performance in Windows10.This motherboard will run Corsair Vengence LPX 16GB Kit DDR 3000 and post with the XMP profile - so support for the less expensive Micron memory is good up to 2933 speed - not all motherboards will post with 8GB modules at that speed.Turning to Samsung memory and DDR 3200 Class 14 16GB dual 8GB modules, I can confirm this motherboard woks with Teamgroup's Dark Pro kit using the F5A bios. And, yes speed of responsiveness of Windows 10 is simply staggering at this speed and latency.Fan controls via the bios work perfectly.

This motherboard was paired with the Ryzen 3 1200 CPU. I was able to overclock it to 3.9GHz using 1.275 volts. The RAM used was 8GB Corsair 2667MHz with the XMP profile applied and 1.35 volts. I recommend updating to the latest bios version found on the Gigabyte website before you try overclocking. The board has 6 SATA ports, but beware if you use the M.2 slot, then 2 of the SATA ports become disabled (see manual). I chose this board because it has a good layout, along with having 8 USB ports at the back including 2 USB 3.1 Gen2 ports. It only has 2 case fan headers + the CPU fan header, but they are placed in good locations (top left and bottom right), and a fan splitter cable can be bought and used to connect two front fans.It is printed on the board where to plug in your case cables such as power and reset, so you don't need to refer to the manual. Finally it comes with 4 SATA cables, many other boards only come with 2.I recommend this board for budget Ryzen builds when you want to overclock your CPU and have plenty of connectivity. It should also be compatible with the second generation of Ryzen chips so its great for future proofing your system.

Great matx motherboard, comes with support for 1st and 2nd gen ryzen cpus out if the box. Very cheap board at £45-ish but has a slew of features like a M.2 nvme slot, usb3.1 and other modern add-ons. The only things it lacks are 4 DIMM slots (it only comes with 2), no overclocking features at all, and no usb-c, but if you can live without those this board is amazing value. Unknown if ryzen gen 3 would be supported, but if you need a cheap board for gen 1 or 2, this is the oneUpdate: changed 5 star to 4 star review. There is a flaw in the layout of the motherboard. There are 4 sata3 ports on there, but they are situated just under the pci-e 16x slot, meaning a graphics card install there would block at least 1 sata port.I have a GTX1050 ti installed and one of the ports is obscured. An Amd RX590 triple slot gfx card would prevent the use of three sata ports because of itms length and girth. Usually not a problem on other boards as the ports point outside to the back of the motherboard, but here they are facing up so you need to plug them in from the top. Terrible design here

I went for this B350 becuase it has pretty good audio-out connections compared to some other B350 boards and seems to have at least some cooling on the VRMs unlike a few at least. Plenty of fan headers and an LED pin for the light on my Ryzen 1700 cooler. The bios is a bit weird when you try to change Ram or CPU clock speeds - you to use page up/page down to change values. I can get my memory up to almost 3000Mhz with this board. May try to hit 3200MHz at some point (the rate value for my Corsair Ram) but no complaints with what I am getting. Bios has individual fan control which I have nmot played with yet but seems to automatically down-volt my Fractal Design case fans (for some reason only when booted into Windows not in bios)when needed so that is nice. The board has LEDs which work ok in a case with a transparent side. You get most granular control with the Gigabyte Windows app but can do some changes from bios. Not tested CPU overclocking yet...A good, decent board so far. Recommend as with all boards you download latest bios from the manufacturer.

Great wee board, well laid out, solid functionality. The big thing many reading reviews will want to know - but these DO support 2xxx Ryzen chips with the firmware pre-installed now. The box had a small foil sticker on the outside confirming this, so it should be easy to quickly check before installation. One word of advice - be sure to update the firmware before messing with any of the BIOS settings - as you really want a pair of decent (3200mhz+) DDR4 RAM modules to get the most out of the integrated graphics (benchmarks are up to 40% faster frame rates with 3200mhz vs 2100mhz memory!) - but the stock BIOS on the board (ver. F21) didn't like me setting my memory to 3200mhz. However, once I upgraded the BIOS to ver F23d all was well. Boots without issue and very stable.Other nice things - there is a very solid mounting backplate etc already there and the the stock AMD Ryzen 3 2200g wraith fan goes together really easily and firmly - everything runs very quiet/cool under load (I'm not overclocking).Recommend.

Works with Ryzen3 2200G. Ordered 1st May 2018. Came with Bios F10. Cracking little board, good set of connections. All works fine, needed Bios update and also chipset drivers etc. Works effortlessly with two sticks of 4GB Patriot Viper 4 DDR4 running at 3000MHz straight off the XMP profile. One word of warning, mount your Ryzen Cooler with the AMD logo on the opposite side of the memory modules. Having only previously installed full size ATX boards, I just installed the cpu cooler without thinking, then went to add the memory, which wouldn't fit. So I had to rotate 180deg. Picture attached to show the problem.Quick Tip: It failed to POST at first, I assumed old Bios but clearing CMOS solved the problem.Update 1Jun - Still running solid, for some other reviews who seemed to older later than me yet still had older bios.1. Double check the reviews are for the ITX version - AB350N Gaming Wi-Fi.2. I purchased via - Dispatched from and sold by Amazon

I have been using this motherboard for about a month now and so far it has served me well. I use it in a very small ITX case (Sharkoon QB One ITX) and the layout of this board works well. However, I would have liked to have seen more fan headers because it is very limiting only having 2 which means that in my case there isn't room for chassis fans as the headers are taken up by the water cooler. I use a Ryzen 7 1700x with this motherboard and the VRM gets very hot with no overclocking. This is likely due to the VRM heatsink being very small. Apart from that, there are plenty of USB ports, the WiFi seems to work well so far and overall I am happy with the purchase. However,I wouldn't recommend overclocking a CPU on this board with a Ryzen 7 due to those VRM temps.

Very good motherboard, selected over other brands for gigabtye reputation and can actually turn the LED lighting off in the bios!Installation was easy and upon going to F4 bios and a little tweak with voltage was able to run RAM at 3200mhz no problem.Cable management was again easy with this motherboard with ports in good locations and SATA cables horizontally angled. The speedfan bios curves are excellent and really keep the system cool and quiet. There is 1 cpu header and 2 fan headers, so you may need a splitter if you have more fans that you want to control.Overall this is a excellent motherboard and now that RAM is able to run at full speed I would recommend as the top choice for mATX ryzenbuilds.Good luck finding stock at an affordable price!

The board looks cool, works ok and has a nice padded back plate that was easy to fit. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of two things - one is the poor CD installer which by default installs rubbish alongside your drivers (just get the most recent ones off the website if you can) and the other is that the back plate of the cooler is not attached to the motherboard when you remove the front brackets. That meant I needed somebody to help me to install the CPU cooler as you cannot hold the plate in place, push the cooler into position and screw the cooler in with two hands. Other motherboards have this plate stuck to the board with an adhesive - not sure why it isn't on this one.

When deciding which motherboard to go for, it was a toss up between this and another. I went for this one and have no complaints. Easy to set up, though RAM didn't run at full speed initially, which I had heard was a common problem. Never flashed a bios before, but this made it so simple and easy, and RAM was then running at full speed in no time. Has all the connections the average user is likely to need, easy to work with, and seems to be of good quality. Would recommend.Running with:- AMD Ryzen 5 1600- Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB- Corsair Venagance LPX (2x8GB)- SeaSonic - S12II 620W- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB- Western Digital Blue 1TB
