These jeans are shaped in such a way that all of the bendy bits (like the knees) are cut slightly baggy in those areas (I think G-Star call this technique "3D"). They are very stretchy so they are just amazingly comfortable. All pockets (front and back) are deep and feel really well constructed/engineered. It is so nice to find a manufacturer that sells jeans/trousers in varying lengths so there is no need to get them altered as soon as you get them home. If you did want to alter the length for any reason you would loose some of that 3D that's designed into the bottom of the leg so that they lay well on the tops of your boots/shoes. They cannot be tumble dried; not an issue for me but could be for a different person.

A very good jean overall but two things that i don't like, first, compare with other super slim g-star i have this one is more tight and maybe one size up it will be a good idea, and the second thing i don't like is that is a "low waist" type jean.

Not as much stretch as I thought there would be. A little difficult to get over the feet. Overall excellent product. Made in length for tall guys like me.
