For the image quality and versatility of this lens the value is quite undeniable - it's great. You can get some stunningly sharp photos with with lens at any focal length. Compared to the more expensive XF55-200mm it has slightly less colour contrast, the OIS is not as steady and the focusing is sometimes a little hesitant (more so at the 230mm end) it's still good but the XF is better on these points. It is very lightweight too making it much more grab and go than the heavier XF - hence I have both.

I have just gotten into photography, and I'm currently using my dad's Fujifilm X-M1. This is the lens I used to take my first proper landscape set, and they turned out perfectly. The range is perfect for long distance shots, managing around 100m with only a little colour loss. I will certainly continue using this lens in future

A very versatile lens becoming a fast favourite. Great for subjects that don't move- the automatic focus is too slow for anything fast, but that's not a problem for the kind of photography I do. Well worth the price.

Bought this lens as a refurb. Description said there would be scratch on the plastic but the lens looked brand new. Very pleased with delivery and condition. Performance is great as I'd expect from Fuji.
