This adapter works very well. The aperture mechanism of the ZE system does not allow changing aperture from the aperture ring of the lens itself once the lens is mounted on an adapter, therefore it has to be done from the adapter itself, so this adapter has its own aperture ring. This also means that you need to do some exposure measurements so that you can use the adapter's aperture ring properly. I certainly found it worth the trouble.
