I've been using this since 2007 when for some unknown reason Gucci decided to stop producing the EDT Envy for men. This was suggested as a close match but for me it isn't, however I do like it for what it is.The nice thing about it is that it doesn't smell like 90% of the young shavers who overdo their Hugo Boss in an effort to be sophisticated. This is a scent for more mature users and the fact that it's not readily available in the high street pharmacies or airport duty free means it's out of the reach of most men without a nose for a quality product. (maybe I sound like a Floris snob but it does have royal approval).The price is high but that's to be expected for a scent that isn't mass

Have been wearing this for nearly 25 years. I have tried other aftershave, but I always come back to Santal. I'm always a little disappointed that the only other product is a shower gel [Elite for example do a full range...], but this is light, warm and clean - everyone who smells it loves it and wants to know what it is. Unfortunately for them, I never tell them, as I feel this is a scent for me. Love it, love it, love it.

Excellent replacement for Gucci Envy which now sells at silly money per bottle as it's been out of production for sometime now.

All floris soaps and fragrances are amazing. Great summer smells of flowers. Regularly buy Floris. Well worth the money
