Under £8 for this perfect little engaging toy for the under 3s is pretty good value if I may say so. I have many years experience buying toys for our own very fussy children and for others. It's best described as a pretty good imitation of a smart watch. It's not really "smart" in it's true sense. It's a musical 'press & play' instrument. It's lifelike - in that, it has two rattle like 'belt buckles' to the rear on the strap, a crown, control buttons and two buttons on the watch face.Children could put it on their wrist, though with the size of the thing (clock face is close to the size of an adult palm), it will undoubtedly fall off. It's a fun toy which allows your children to imitate you.The wrist strap is made of a soft silicone with a large hard plastic watch face. The strap and buckle are teething friendly. It has a realistic and usable crown which pleasingly 'clicks' as it's turned. It offers a good small range of simple phrases and sounds. Plus it also plays a few short musical pieces with colourful lights which are between 5 and 10 seconds long.Just bear in mind that this toy has button batteries which can be extremely dangerous for children. Fortunately the batteries are secured well in this toy. Though it never hurts to be vigilant.Even as a member of the Vine, you will notice from my past reviews, I don't necessarily leave positive feedback for products. I really judge the item for it's true worth. As I, as a consumer, would also want to read good, HONEST reviews for my purchases. There's nothing worse than feeling disgruntled because you've bought something on the strength of reviews and when it arrives you realise you've made the wrong decision.

Fisher Price are a very well respected and trusted name in children's toys, and produce high quality items. When I was a child in the 80s, almost every toddler had a Fisher Price pull along telephone which kept them entertained for hours, with moving eyes, a push button nose and a dial for fine motor skills. Times change, and by the time my children were toddlers, their noughties telephone was a mobile one - hand held, multifunctional and featuring push buttons that played songs and named colours. I recently ordered this latest version of the classic phone toy for my Great nephew - and how times have changed again! Now, the telephone is a Smartwatch version, complete with strap and multi function buttons.Times may have changed, and Fisher Price toy design has changed with them, but Fisher Price remains as committed to quality toy production as ever, and this is reflected in this toy. The screen lights up when buttons are pressed, and the child is encouraged to practice their early counting skills and colour recognition by listening to the child friendly jingles the phone plays. There are several other knobs and buttons which can be pressed and pulled to encourage fine motor development, and the toy fits comfortably into the hands of the child. The product is well made and finished, and will keep little ones entertained nicely. I am very pleased with this toy.

Fisher-Price GMM44 Laugh & Learn Time to Learn SmartwatchFor such a low price and considering this is a Fisher-Price toy, it really does seem good value for money to me at £7.99. This is nicely presented in a very tough colourful box, the smartwatch is housed in such a way that buttons can be pressed whilst it is still in the packaging.Like previous Fisher-Price toys that I've had, this appears to be very well made from tough colourful plastic. The watch is not designed to go around the wrist, its designed to be held by a young child in the hands. There are 4 interactive buttons and dials on the watch. The left hand large rocker switch just clicks in and out.On the opposite side is a dial that turns making a clicking ratchet sound. On the face of the watch is a large transparent screen which looks like a real watch face, this has images of apps printed on it. Below are 2 red push buttons. Each button activates a good variety of sounds and songs, these are accompanied by the watch face flashing various colours.I'm sure this would fascinate a toddler as it's easy to hold and press the buttons. One thing I particularly like about this toy is that the sounds are not overly loud. This is a real bargain in my opinion.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Acceptable and fair baby toy, relevant design by way of a smart watch look, very good quality and colourful as expected from a brand like Fisher Price. Requires 3x cell batteries which are included and fitted safely so it is ready to play straight out of the box.Good size for little hands to hold and explore. The features are a little simple and limited (lights and music and speech sounds) by pressing the buttons. There is a rocker switch and a turning knob that both click for sensory and fine motor skill development and a couple of rattle rings on the back strap part which i suppose could double up as teething rings.I think for the RRP, this product is good value for what it is.Would make an ideal gift.

This Smartwatch, Musical Baby Toy is really cute, beautiful and colourful and bigger that look on the pictures. But the size still perfect for babies or kids hands is suitable for ages 6-36 months. Is easy for babies to hold and carry around and the buttons are soft for them easy to press too.Is very well made especially for babies that obviously they love smartphones, tablets and everything electric and with colours. This one has music, light and some sounds they are no very high so is so much better because babies just press on at all the times. When they press other buttons sound description of colours and some parts of songs is cute and babies and kids really like it.

Really colourful and my grandaughter loves it. Its a really good idea but personally would prefer it if it could be undone like a watch so you can attach it to something, like a buggy. The sound is really good, not too loud and annoying but quiet enough not to startle the child. It would be good if the little icons on the screen reacted when pressed rather than the two buttons on the front but to keep costs down and prevent damage/breakages its probably better as it is. Likewise if the buttons on the side did something other than click, that too would be good. Overall a good little toy to keep little ones amused.

I love Fisher-Price toys as you always know that you are getting fantastic quality and they will be completely safe for your child, this smart watch is no different. It is a lot bigger than I imagined however it is very rugged and also has the benefit of several different buttons and switches to encourage improvements in Childs dexterity and also the watch teaches colours extremely well.Hi the sounds from the watch aren’t too loud or distracting which is really important on a Childs toy and I was really impressed at how it utilised a simple multi colour LED behind the screen to try and teach colours and understanding

This is a well made, very sturdy toy from Fisher-Price. It is styled on a wristwatch, although it is quite a lot bigger than a watch. It has different buttons which product music, words and lights - these need very little pressure to activate so are suitable for quite young children. The knob on the side takes more of a grip to turn. The lights are accompanied by the appropriate colour name, but this is obviously aimed at the older age range. Young children will enjoy shaking the toy and making a noise with the clackers, which are also suitable for teething. Good value for money as a small gift.

What I thought before the watch was delivered : fairly small watch with lots of activities. What it is: the "smartwatch" is bigger than expected. Suitable from 6 months. Little hands can handle it but smaller was going to be better for them. It has lights, music, sounds and phrases but I was expecting more. It has also three pieces to touch, press, roll and they make noises. Nice colours.I must say my 8 months old doesn't fancy it a lot. My three years old was more excited to play with it even if after the first couple of days he forgot about it.Excellent price.

This is a smartwatch-shaped toy (it can't be worn like a watch). It has two buttons on the front. When they are pressed one plays a tune and the other plays different phrases (these get quite annoying!). There is a dial on the side that makes clicking noises and a switch that can be moved back and forth on the other side. This is a chunky and robust toy. I don't think this toy has a lot of play value given there isn't much to do on it. It is very cheap though so I think it is a good buy if you just want something to amuse a baby when you need to keep them occupied.

This Smart Watch is a great toy. It has buttons and music for the child to play with and it's great as they can play with it up to 36 months although in reality they might get bored of it before that. It has two buttons on the screen to press and some things to press and turn on the side. The icons on the screen do not work they are just pictures. It is a small toy so its great for taking out and about but my child doesn't wear the watch on his arm. It's very similar to Fisher Price toys but easily portable. I would definately recommend this toy.

6.3.2020

Fisher price has always had good quality toys, and this one is not an exception.Well made and constructed, no too annoying sounds, easy to operate with little hands, with visual lights. This toy is nothing special but also it's reflected in the price.I would use it in a pushchair in a front rail or just anytime anywhere actually. It does have limited functions but still I think it can be fun.It will make great Christmas stocking filler or just a little present for a baby shower.Fisher price is always highly recommended from our side.

This is excellent value for money at £7.99 for a fun toy that helps with the development of fine motor skills and imaginative play and good for mouthing when teething. The quality of the toy is of the usual Fisher Price high standard. The toggle switch, dial clicker and clacking beads all require different skills. It’s tactile to hold and the lights and songs add to the little ones joy and excitement as they are discovered. Great for taking out on journeys or in the pushchair, as it’s small and compact. So recommended from our household!

We’ve had this for nearly a month and it’s had plenty of use. It’s really easy and simple to use. Good size for little hands and fingers.Age range is 6-36 months which I would agree with, although the watch is much too big for a child to actually wear so is definitely more for playing with than anything else. There are several buttons to press and the purple dial on the side spins but the “touch screen” is just for show. Pressing the buttons plays music or certain sound effects.Really easy to set up. Takes 3 AG13/LR44 batteries.

7.3.2020

This Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Time to Learn Smartwatch is certainly a large watch. Not actually wearable by child or adult. But it is very musical with a variety of sounds and lights that come and go depending on which buttons are pressed or turned. For very young ones its nice and tactile, but safe should it be mouthed a lot. There's no small bits that look likely to break off and be swallowed. Being from Fisher Price anyway you know its been properly designed and manufactured. For just £7.99 is a very good price too.
