The footage is stunning but if you want the audio of whatever you're capturing you'll have to get the GoPro mic adaptor & an external mic. The audio is unusable with the motor hum picked up by the camera internal mic.Also, the gimbal often refuses to connect to the camera so you'll need to switch the camera on independently!The tiny bracket & screws supplied to attach the camera to gimbal are very fiddly & the camera refuses to recharge from the gimbal battery with the supplied lead.Depending on which way you position the camera when attaching it to the gimbal effects either the loss of the power button or usb access of the camera!

I was concerned about buying from a supplier in Hong Kong but everything went to plan, arriving pretty quickly. I purchased the item for an upcoming 12 day motorcycle trip to the Pyrenees and to improve quality of my hotel and landscape GoPro shots. I didn't use this every day but I was impressed that the battery was still 25% charged on my return. Really enhanced my Vlogs. As I already own several Go Pro's, so my only caveat would be that...gimbals are on the way out IMO....now, with the GoPro Hero7 just released, small and offering amazing stabilisation....check that out before deciding!

This is the second one I have had the first one the metal battery screw thread was damaged I think corroded and welded it’s self together it may well have been a first run product but the second one works like a dream and does what it should do. It’s smooth in function and great to hold and is well built. Five star product it was just a pity the first one was a lemon. The app is a bit sketchy and need a bit of a rebuild but it not something that stops the gimbal from working.

Having made my own little holiday films, this Gimbal helps to make your shots really smooth, having only made a short test clip, I’m really impressed how it works and how smooth the footage looks, I’m sure the results of our next adventure will look even better and an end to unusable clips that are too poor looking.I’ve given 5*’s as it’s the best price I’ve found anywhere on the internet and it really works well.

Battery life is great 12 hours plus. If you connect a gopro to it the life drops dramatically. So much so I change the battery in the gopro if videoing on holiday and not desperate to extend the gopro time. Once the gopro battery gets low the connectivity drops. I think this is at the gopro not the Feiyu end. I have had great results.

I was looking for a gimbal for my new Hero 7 Black and saw many reviews about different gimbals. FeiyuTech G6 had good reviews so wanted to buy this one. This was the cheapest price I found anywhere. Really happy with the build and performance
