This is probably one of the best sharpeners I have used to date. It works well with pencils as well as make-up eyeliner, lip pencil and eyebrow pencils. The black plastic part that fits in the inside comes off easily allowing you to empty the shavings. Both sides have sharpeners fitted and on one side is a medium size hole and the other side has the smaller and larger holes for sharpening. The sharpener is great quality and easy to use and does not break your led while sharpening. It sharpens to a fine point. I have returned to buy another one as my daughter uses it for her make up so I am buying her one for herself (and so I don't have to go hunting for this one all the time).

As a colored pencil artist a good sharpener is important. I would prefer a powered sharpener so I could sharpen as required without using both hands. I do have a couple of powered units but they chew through too much pencil, produce uneven points and cost $$$. This little fellow is the best. A couple of light turns and you get a nice even sharp point without "eating" pencil and you can't beat the price! In fact, I have two!

I would not have expected a pencil sharpener to be that different from the ones I had at school 60+ years ago, but this product has been refined by longer-lasting sharp blades, and a double container for shavings. It took me a few minutes to work out how to open it out! It arrived quickly.

This is seriously the best quality sharpener I have ever had. It is comfortable because it collects all the rubbish in its little container. I am still learning to open it the right way but I guess that is just me. I cannot complain.

Love this sharpener, it sharpens really quick and does a great job. Wish I would have found this one before I bought all the other ones. This is the only sharpener I need.

Best portable sharpener I’ve ever used. Didn’t realise how much of a difference upgrading my sharpener would make - much less wastage and much faster to get a long point.

Great sharpener! Really impressed. Sharpens 3 sizes to a really good point. Haven’t had any lead breakage since using. Stores good amount of sharpenings.

This is a fantastic sharpener. I've sharpened my coloured and graphite pencils to an amazing point. I would certainly recommend it.

Was told by an artist friend a good pencil sharpener is important they are right and this is the best does a perfect job
