It’s okay. The fan isn’t particularly powerful and I’m not convinced it’ll be a huge amount of use during the height of summer but then it is tiny so you can’t expect the world. The lowest (of 2) settings is fairly quiet but then it starts to make an annoying pulsing buzzing sound but the second setting is alright (slightly noisier but nothing terrible). It’s very light and doesn’t feel particularly durable. It’ll be fine if it’s purely to sit on your desk at work but I suspect it’ll stop working if it gets knocked off the desk. The plastic feels fairly flimsy. I was hoping I could get a USB fan to take camping and run off my powerbank overnight but I wouldn’t risk it having had a good feel.It doesn’t seem durable enough for such purposes. The USB cable is approx 1 metre long which is fine if you’re plugging it into your computer at the office but a bit short if, like me, you want it on the bedside table so it might be necessary to source a USB extension.

This fan is perfect for my home office and stylish in white too. I appreciate the style, ease of use and the brush-less and whisper quiet motor which was the reason I bought this model specifically. With two blades it puts out far more cool air than a single bladed fan and is very quiet on the first setting. The second setting, whilst louder, is still bearable with a radio or music on however, I will never be using it on this setting as I need peace and quiet to concentrate. Instead, I have two of these fans and will run both on setting one when summer kicks in.I also bought the 'upgraded' model, which is more curved and has a touch sensitive base plate. Whilst the newer model was more powerful,it was also louder and too powerful on the first setting and so I returned it for those reasons. I mention it in this review as it is made by the same company and expected to be a replacement for this model.Hope this helps someone.

***Day 1 Review***This review is after using it for a couple of hours. I will update this after a few weeks, depending on how long is left of our heatwave and whether anything significant happens. This fan so far is pretty good. It puts out a decent amount of air and although it is audible through my headphones, it is not too distracting when playing games. The two settings are sufficient for my needs, with the first being better general use as far as I am concerned. So far so good at what it is designed for. I do really wish the cable length was longer, unless of course I missed the option to select the length in which case I will retract that statement.

It has an easy, almost invisible on-off touch button on top of the fan where you can choose from two strength levels by touching once or twice, the third touch is 'off'. The fan looks stylish on a desk and can be tilted to a different height. I have it near a computer so it also cools the computer. The sound is quite pleasant and masks conveniently other noises from the outside - that said, this little gadget needs to be run in for a bit to achieve the final smooth running sound which is normal with mechanical parts when they are new. An extra USB adapter is needed to run it from the mains; alternatively it can be run from a computer or a power bank.

I just hope this up to a USB power pack and put it next to me while I'm gaming as my tv gets hot , but this little beauty works lovely. Its louder than I though and the top speed isnt as powerful as I thought, but it's still worth getting. So handy with the powerbank connected. The lead is quite short so the best option is the power bank. I have a 200000mah one so it lasts for hours.Great device. Has a buttonless design and you just touch the power symbol to get the 2 speeds.Though speed 2 in like a hairdryer on the weakest setting. It's still worth getting. Lovely design and light as a feather.7/10

I am of an age when hot flushes are a way of life, so I needed a small fan when I was using the pc. It it very powerful and not very noisy at all. In fact you can hardly hear it. Very easy to use. You just touch the top and it goes on low. Another touch and it goes to full power. Touch it once more to turn it off. It takes up a small space and looks good and blends in well with my black pc, speakers and monitor. I use a seperate usb plug and not the pc usb ports. I would recommend this fan for various uses.

Used in hospital, at home for night time overheats, and on my desk. Quiet enough to have running during the night or while making videos calls. The touch control means it doesn't clatter in the night and wake other people when switching. Two speeds gives perfect level of control. Angling works well to focus the breeze. The breeze created is just perfect to get some air moving without blowing stuff around or making you over chilled. Highly recommend.

This summer was SO hot that I was willing to try anything to keep cool. I bought two other USB fans - one broke in 30 minutes, the other was exactly the same as this but about 5 pounds more expensive.I loved the second fan so much that I bought two more - but I bought THIS version. I have one on my desk at home, one in the bedroom and one on my desk at work. I love them. They are quiet, quick and cheap to run.

Brilliant little fan. Took this on holiday and it kept me cool during the night so I was able to sleep. The fan has 2 speed settings and there is a definite difference between them. The sensor switch is a lovely touch as you don’t need to fumble about in the dark to try and find a switch, you just really lightly tap the back of the fan once for on, twice to change the speed and three times turns it off!

Once the summer is coming I decoded to buy a nice fan for my computer. Last summer my laptop was burnt, so I have to avoid that issue this year.I bought it because is easy to direct the air to the computer. It is nice and I have to say it is not very noisy.I use top pieces to up the laptop and use the gap between the table as a air streaming. For me is the best way to refrigerate the computer.

I am impressed by this little fan, it feels fairly solid and although isn't quite but isn't loud either, you tune out the noise very quickly and it does feel cool. The only annoying thing is the touch control is really annoying, every time I adjust the fan you turn it off and is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I paid £11.29 for this in a flash sale and I'm very happy with it.

I was sceptical about this, but of the price it is worth it, I find the higher speed works best. I do have it placed by an open window and so far it was been very good in shifting the air and keeping it flowing, I tend to work 8-9 hours a day and the fan is on for pretty much all of that time and no bearing issues have come up. I have been using this for about 3 weeks now.

13.2.2019

Really like this fan - you need a USB point but with phone chargers everywhere these days, it’s not a problem. I used it in the summer when I was working next to my desk and also for sleeping, next to my bed. It’s only good for one person so we have one each. But it’s good - not too noisy and quite powerful for something so small.

4.8.2018

Perfectly good little fan. I like that it’s quite quiet, and the noise it makes is quite low so it doesn’t sound like annoying buzzing. It’s got two speeds, the low one is handy for when it’s just a bit warm. The high speed wasn’t quite fast enough for me though on really hot nights, so I went with a different fan in the end.

27.7.2018

not the most powerful desk fan I've had, but it does a decent enough job whilst remaining quiet enough to not be heard in an officeonly real issue is that it's really easy to catch the touch button on the top, and at high settings it tends to vibrate a little, slowly turning to face your colleague instead of you
