I bought this battery to replace the worn-out one in my remote control.The new battery was exactly the same number as the old one - CR2025It is exactly the same size as the old one, and fits perfectly in my remote control.It supplies 1.5volts - which is precisely what my remote control needs.The new battery is 2.0cm diameter, and 2.5mm deep.It is round, and very shiny. It is made of metal and feels nice to hold -but none of this matters when in use inside my remote.It is very lightweight; you can hardly tell the difference whether the battery is fitted or not.I RECOMMEND THIS BATTERY.I will certainly buy another when this one wears out.- Dennis Ruff

My better half was complaining that she was having difficulty using the car fob, to get into her car. Off she went on holiday and left the car with us. Would you believe it,,,we purchased these batteries and hey presto the car opens like magic!!! she even had a spare battery to come home to as well. The moral of the story is, buy good batteries from Argos and replace when required!

I love the Duracell CR2025 Lithium coin batteries as they last so long in my Panasonic active 3D glasses, I have watched over 30 3D movies and over 20 3D documentaries & they still show about 95% The price is brilliant at only £3.99 for a pack of 2 My advice is Don't buy cheap batteries as it is a false economy, spend a little extra and get these Duracell ones.

Kitchen Scales needed a new battery fast as trying to emulate a certain tv cooking programme and could not visualise 100g of creme fraiche. Walked straight to Fast Track counter and got instantly served whilst the rest of the customers stared at the screen willing their numbers to appear. Back home before the oven had even reached its cooking temperature.

So many devices today rely on batteries of all types for their power source that changing them can become a chore. The sensible course, therefore is to choose batteries that outlast the others, and that's where Duracell has the edge over its competitors. All batteries work well to begin with; Duracell does it for longer.

Both my key fobs were in a sorry state, sent them up to fobfix and both came back looking like new. Then broke my key and tried a local firm any way key would not open the car door. So sent it to these guys and cut ,fitted a new key and it works.If I get any more problems these are the guys I'll use.

Just wanted to watch a 3D movie,and realised that the batteries on my 3D glasses were no good,as it was early evening checked the Argos website too see that they had the batteries required in stock.Immediately reserved them online and had them home within twenty minutes.Excellent transaction.

The Duracell CR2025 is an brilliant long lasting battery, I use mine in my Panasonic active 3D glasses.The staff at Argos Didcot were so helpful in preferring them for me & letting me know when they were back in stock to pick up.Always a first class service from Argos

Bought these on behalf of my mum, she rang me from work saying her car key had died and she couldn’t open the car. Went and picked these up minutes later, delivered them to her and they worked straight away. Does what it says on the tin essentially.

My VW Golf kept informing me to change the battery in my key fob,so I bought these because of the Duracell name and they arrived very quickly and were very easy to fit. No more prompts from my car asking to change the battery so obviously worked.

It was well worth looking through the Argos catalogue not thinking they sold such tiny batteries. The purchase was quick, and simple, and the batteries were well worth the money with the cost beating any other source in the town.

Replaced my key battery after it started failing to open the lock. This new battery made quite a difference as the mechanism seemed to work faster and certainly from a greater distance.Very pleased, would recommend.

batteries are batteries, but these ones actually seemed a little 'smaller' than the ones they replaced. and took a little fiddling in situ to get them to work!. but we got there and they work fine now, thank you.

The Argos service was great. Can't fault it. The batteries however, were not really what I hoped for but then I was trying the battery out on my car keys and I'm not sure it has helped that much.

It may have been only a battery, but this model is not so easy to obtain, also top quality (Duracell) with an 'best before date' of 2025, what a coincidence, same as the battery type number..
