These little metallic cylinders are remarkable. Most portable electric items use them these days – radios, cameras, torches etc. There's usually a little compartment for the batteries to sit in and sometimes instructions on which way round the batteries fit into the little compartment. Once you've put the batteries in to your portable device, you can switch it on and... hey presto! it works!!! And it's all because of these magic little batteries.

Bought solely for the reason that I will have batteries in stock for my wireless keyboard and mouse deskset because I use my desktop a lot.I cannot buy these in the village where I live and it's a 15 mile bus ride into town so makes sense to have some ready, just in case.When they decide to run out it will probably be a weekend or a bank holiday. The store may be open but using a bus during these times is a different matter!

This is now more than a week since I've purchased this product,and I must say I'm really glad to have tried it out because my camping lamp has, for the first time ,spent a full week without draining the power out of my batteries :) Not only do they have a lot of power ,but they don't leak like the previous brands i used to purchase.I really am pleased to be using AAA`s Energizer Ultra + batteries :)

These batteries have magical powers. My electrical item just wasn't working until I pushed in these mystical sorcery sticks. Once you have cracked the ancient plus/minus code your gizmo will be gifted with life. Well done Argos and thank you Energiser. I would definitely recommend the use of batteries for powering electrical devices.

The staff at Argos were amazing even though they were busy and working flat out.I was purchasing a playmobil toy which did not have batteries included, and the staff advised me and had the right size batteries to hand.There was an offer buy one with the second free.This saved my granddaughter being disappointed the next morning.

I have used these batteries before and they are OK. On this occasion they were an unnecesary purchase and I was under the impression that the RC i had just bought needed batteries to be bought. Turns out the RC came with batteries.Always using these batteries anyway so I kept them and they have gone in other remotes.

Excellent value batteries with a virtual 2 for the price of one offer. I've had these batteries many times before and, unlike the big warehouse online stores where they could have been sitting on their shelves for years, the ones that i get from Argos are always fully charged and therefore last the distance!

A battery is a battery it does what it says on the side BUT some charge a lot and get a little in service. I always buy battery packs to keep price down and Energizer are my preference for longevity, service and convenience, I even give them a break I take them on holiday too.

I can only comment on previous purchases as I have not opened them yet! It is a little early to review a 'just purchased' battery pack as the whole point is to see how long they last. I bought this type as I have previously used them and found them to be very good.

usually get batteries from pound shop. came across digital camera in one off the drawers tried a few different types of batteries and could not get it to work was going to throw it out. thought I would try energizer camera now working fine.

These batteries were buy one set get one set for a highly discounted price. It was well worth taking advantage of the sale. These batteries are of good quality & are quite long lasting. I would highly recommend buying these batteries.

I always purchase ehergizer battery's it's a brand I've use for years and a brand I trust , they have an excellent battery life and don't leakWith the low cost price always a selling point

Very disappointed as these were on special offer "buy one get one free" but staff was undecided about this when I went to collect batteries, only offered me one pack so item was returned.

V gd quality batteries. They were pricier than some cheaper brands and there was limited choice at the till when I was asked, buthe I am hopeful given their quality, they should last.

Bought with remote control car which has been used many times since purchase and batteries still going strong, good value. Speedy reserve and collect service from Argos as usual.
