Having just purchased a Delonghi EC220, I knew that it would only take cups of limited height. Much to my relief, this fittted.I found that if I preheated with boiled water, emptied (had to add that just in case someone didn't lol) added espresso shot and foamed milk, and the resultant cappuccino was close to burning hot even 10 minutes later. However, you do find yourself double checking yourself at first because the outer glass is only slightly warm, which is slightly confusing. Yes, this is how its supposed to be but as I've not bought a thermo cup before, it was confusing to fingers and brain that say the cup is cold = coffee is cold, just before it burned my mouth lol.Personally,

First up,these are great little shot glasses and I would recommend them for the price.The Bodums I also own are alot more refined though. These are, like the Bodums, also mouth blown but appear to have slight ripples in the glass and the inner is not as perfectly central as you would get with the Bodums. The glass whilst still borosilicate is not as close tolerance on the uniform thickness either.Whether this adds to the mouth blown charm or is a imperfection is upto the buyer I guess.For the price I see them as unique glasses each slightly different, but if I had paid Bodum prices I would want the clinical exactness and would not be happy.Handy craft look = buy these,

Bought this to complement my Delonghi ECP 35.31 machine.Pros+ Doubled walled glass, can't feel the heat of freshly made coffee.+ Looks ace although a bit informal since there are no saucers and pairing is not as easy.+ Well made, comes in a box, in your amazon box.+ Good price since you get 2 but YMMV because I was looking at Villeroy and Bosh which was at least 20+ quid for a single cup + saucer.Cons- NoneTLDR; Double walled glass that keeps the heat away from your hands no matter how you hold the cup. Looks cool but hard to pair with a saucer due to its non-conventional cup shape. I like it.

I bought these as a replacement for one I dropped on the (tiled) kitchen floor: unfortunately, they don’t bounce. Sadly, you can’t buy them singly, from Amazon at least. These are classy glasses with a price to match!I’ve given 4 stars for “Easy to Hold”, as you need to make sure your hands are dry to avoid the glass slipping. The double skin however enables you comfortably to hold a glass of hot liquid. They do keep the liquid hot enough for ling enough.They do appear to be dishwasher safe and ours haven’t gone cloudy in a couple of years use.

We bought these when we bought our first Delonghi espresso machine. We now bought a second set after a year due to accidentally breaking one of the glasses. If you're debating whether to buy these or not, I suggest you go for it. They seem fragile but they aren't. I've dropped them many times in the sink while I was rinsing them, as they were slippery, but they were never damaged. The only reason one broke was because I dropped something big and heavy on the glass. I have the perfect measurement for an espresso shot for my morning coffee!

These are amazing - as someone who likes their hot drinks hot, I often usually have to pop my capsule coffee drink in the microwave over the course of drinking it. Not so with these glasses - the drink stays hot, and they're very attractive too.Just as a warning, as these are latte macchiato (rather than just macchiato), they're quite large. I bought for a relative who likes a straight macchiato and was surprised by the size. I loved them so much, I kept them for myself, though! (I drink cappuccino/flat white-sized coffee)

First pair had a slight manufacturing fault, which the suppliers, About Tea & About Coffee corrected immediately by sending me two new glasses which arrived two days after my email to them. The replacements are perfect. They are exactly the right size for our Delonghi 650 Expresso Machine, remain cool on the outside but keep the contents hot, and display the three layers, froth, coffee, milk, which looks really good! Excellent product, and absolutely brilliant service from the suppliers About Tea & About Coffee.

Check for cracks! Lovely glasses but had a small crack on the bottom, where the join is. Didn’t think anything of it and didnt have time to send it back but when it slipped out of my hand and fell slightly, it shattered. It’s not the product, more the user but I’m just gutted as it was a stocking filler for my partner who got a new coffee machine and now he only has the one espresso glass. Be mindful of faults as they make the product more flimsy, if it’s damaged, send it back.

These are very dainty little espresso cups that I got to replace my broken Bodum double wall glasses (very fragile, wouldn't buy again)My only real negative comment would be that my DeLonghi bean-to-cup machine fills these right to the very brim if I set it for my usual double espresso. Easy enough to tell it to stop just before the lip but nonetheless it means I have to 'supervise' my morning coffee making rather than fire-and-forget with a slightly larger espresso cup.

Was a little unsure of buying as no handles, however they feel really nice to hold and outside stays cool. I like piping hot coffee and you can put glasses in microwave if you want to heat up coffee for a bit. They do a great job of keeping coffee hot too until last sip! They are lovely looking, but delicate so just take care when washing. I have a Gaggia coffee machine and they only fit under if I remove drip tray, but they are worth effort! Would definitely recommend.

These Thermo glasses are so cool, literally! Absolutely perfect for a small cappuccino. That said you do get lulled into a sense of false security, as the double wall on these glasses insulates very well, giving the perception that the liquid contained within the glass is cool - beware, it may not be! My personal experience of burning my tongue made me very aware of the excellent insulation properties of these beautifully made, lightweight glasses.

I bought four in total. It is clear that they are hand made as they are all slightly different sizes! If you like absolute precision and uniformity, don't get these, if a bit of character is preferred, these are for you.There is a small plug (breather?) on the bottom that does make one of the glasses wobble slightly when placed on a flat surface.I've been using them daily for a few weeks now, dishwashing each time with no ill effects so far.

Love these glasses. Had recently purchased a new Delonghi Nespresso machine and none of my Latte glasses fitted under the nozzle unless tilted them so after searching around these were ideal and they were clearly made with my machine in mind as the fit below nozzle is perfect and they hold the exact amount of latte the machine dispenses.Expensive yes but great looking and always get comments from visitors.

Very nice De’Longhi product. A bit expensive. But you can notice difference between more cheap ones. Keeps drink more hot for longer time. Never get heated from outside. So if you want to have nice quality cups plus keep your drink hot for longer time this is the one !! And some Amazon offers do offer this glass cups more cheaper then exual shops.!

Good glasses for hot shots! I've not used espresso glasses before but since buying these, my ceramics have been untouched. Was concerned initially that using a metal spoon would damage the glass (I prefer sweet espresso), but so far these are perfect. I rinse out under the tap, takes seconds - no need for a dishwasher etc.Recommended.
