I bought this version for visibility and the attached lanyard. I clip the lanyard to my backpack strap and tuck the sleeve under the shoulder strap to keep it handy when boarding planes and going thru checkpoints, like TSA.It is exactly the same inside as the male version, but men only get two choices, black, grey, and no lanyard. Why should women get all the cool, good lookin' stuff?I carried this one with me for a month-long trip abroad, and it served me very well. It kept me organized on planes, buses, cars, and on foot. I have had several sleeves, including leather, and this one is the most versatile of them all.I highly recommend it, and men should not be ashamed to carry this one,
