I went out to a local pen store to buy my first nice pen. I ended up narrowing my selection down to 2 pens... 1 was a Lamy Dialog 2, and the other was this Cross Apogee. The Lamy looks a little cooler and writes pretty well, but I absolutely loved the way the Cross wrote and felt in my hand. I ended up buying the Lamy because of its looks... but after that I somewhat regretted it and kept thinking about the Apogee. The Lamy is a nice pen, don't get me wrong, but I really loved the way this Cross pen felt.I ended up deciding to order the Cross (so now I have both pens!), and boy I am glad I did.I have big hands and need a pen that has a little heft to it. The Cross looks luxurious and is a real pleasure to write with.

I wanted the roller ball to match my existing fountain pen, very pleased with the pen comfortably to use well balanced and smooth also a very good price. came well within the time frame given well packaged and a free gift too. Thank you .

Great pen, feeling of quality. The only issue is with the Cross rollerball refills, they have a habit of releasing too much ink leaving blotches of ink on the nub or the page, the pen deserves better!

I liked this pen so much I bought a second one for when I am travelling. A classy chrome pen which writes really well. Incredible value and I would certainly purchase again if I needed too.

A good quality, stylish pen. I love writing with it and it feels very comfortable and, in my opinion, nicely balanced. I would highly recommend!

A most impressive looking pen at a great price and the presentation box shouted quality. It was a gift and I think the recipient was pleased.

This pen writes very nicely but it is a CROSS so you would expect it but also it is beautifully balanced

First class pen with excellent lifetime warranty. I use the porous ink refill without any issue.
