Purchased on: 21st of November 2018Delivered on: 22nd-24th of November 2018 (I believe it was either the 22nd or 23rd - It was FAST)Seller: Amazon EU S.a.r.LPrice: £57.07 (I wish I could return it to buy it again at the current price of <£40)EDIT: 30/05/19 -I bought ONE 8 GB stick ONLY because I knew, shortly down the line, I would add another of the same model to get Dual Channel (I only have a B250M-HDV Micro-ATX with 2 DIMM slots (where your RAM goes))IF your motherboard supports Dual Channel and has TWO or more DIMM slots, it's recommended to GET TWO 4 GB sticks rather than ONE SINGLE 8 GB stick. If your motherboard only has 2 DIMM slots like the B250M-HDV does, you could use a similar method to me,and just wait it out until you can add another stick down the line, ALTHOUGH I did ONLY wait less than a week before I received my second stick.Another option is to buy a full ATX or Micro-ATX board with 4 DIMM slots and then get AT LEAST TWO sticks of MATCHING RAM, so when you get your 8 GB Dual Channel, you won't sacrifice an upgrade path and can double up your RAM in the future as you will have another 2 DIMM slots free)My build:Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)Case: [Cooler Master Masterbox MB520 (Red/Black)|asin=B07G4KCRRK]PSU: [EVGA 600W W1 80+ White|asin=B01127D0MY]Motherboard: [ASRock B250M-HDV (this review)|https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-reviews/R2EU7VGGGG3YI?asin=B01N9BY912]CPU: [Intel (R) Pentium (R) G4560 3.5GHz (Dual Core)|asin=B01N7U18M1]CPU Cooler: [Be Quiet! Right, so I ordered two of these and there was an issue with them. First things first, they come from different manufacturers.I'm not an expert (geek) but I managed to have a look in specs with CPU-Z. It works fine with XMP, improves the system a lot, for cheap. The look nice, I have the black model. Both in system (2x8GB) improved my PUBG experience and made the game smooth. overall my system runs smooth now..now the problem:they have at least two manufacturers which are Samsung and Micron.first one I got was from Micron and second one from Samsung.Micron, is fire. works really good.Samsung burned out after one week or so.You can see the manufacturer in software (CPU-Z).My system was freezingalone and after a while I couldn't even turn on system without taking that RAM module off (Samsung one). But, Amazon gives an excellent assistance so I managed to ask a return. they sent me a new one straight away and now I just need to send the defective one back by post and I think it's all for free.. in this case I just need to pay for a bag/box and sent it.Anyways, the product is really really good. If your PC freezes after you installed them in the space of two or three weeks start by checking RAM modules and manufactuer.

the start of 2018 was something special for me. i had acquired enough money to finally get into building my own rig. and going from a i3 540 @ 3.02GHz | 4GB of ram and a GT640. this was the biggest upgrade to date and with the arrival of 8th gen intel processors the i5 seemed like a good entry point.my build was originally meant to beintel i5 8600k8GB RAMNvidia GT780 (gifted by caring community member)Corsair 750m PSUand just 3 months in with the 8GB of ram 1 stick had failed on me. noticing that i was caping out on ram super quick upon start up as well as in games performance had crippled. i might have just got a bad batch or something but no harm overall to the PC.i upgraded 2x8 sticks as ram prices started dropping and inventory was quickly running out. and have had the new sticks for nearing 9 months now. and its all great and dandy.no complaints other than the value for money which at the time for me was quite expensive compared to what its at now. but hey you win some you lose some. either way im happy with how things have turned out!

Not sure how to rate memory, it either works or it doesn't.However a couple of things to mention, it is listed as 2400 memory but it shows as 2133 in bios on the Asus Z107-A MB. This has to be manually selected to 2400.Apparently this is normal as the memory is listed as 2400 OC (which presume means Over Clocked), so is NOT true 2400. (my fault I didn't realise this!)Have stability issues with my MB sometimes freezing and upon reboot warns that overclocking failed. As I don't overclock, (other than the memory setting), then I can only assume it refers to the memory speed at 2400. In which case that makes it incapable of running at its advertised speed. A bit misleading, but looks like all manufacturers do the same. This has only happened 3 times since purchase, so not a great problem. I haven't run it at 2133, so don't know what impact it would have on system performance. Some reviews show very little difference.I have not had any specific memory issues though.

Have had these for a few months now and they haven't failed me once. I've bought ram from them before and will continue to purchase from them.Firstly the ram sticks themselves look slick. Nice looking heat spreader and will help if your looking for a clean build. Multiple colour selections also. My case is windowed and it looks great in it compared to seeing green in your case.By default they run at 2133mhz but this is easily changeable by going into the bios and enabling xmp. This will allow them to run at their rated speed. Currently in my z370 mobo which houses an i7 8700 and it works great together. Personally ram speed isn't that big of a factor in my opinion but that depends on if your using ryzen etc, they prefer higher speed ram.The ram sticks are low profile as described and I can easily fit my hyper 212x heatsink with ease. Thanks for all the reviews on the product from other people, hope this review helps people also.

Bought Corsiar standard memory 2600mhz 2 sticks 8gb each so it balanced across the DIMM sockets installed on a MSI x470 motherboard running a ryzen5 processor, MSI GTX 1070 gpu. Installed with no issues put together in under 20 minutes and booted up and windows 10 installed within the hour. Bullet proof ram you can go for faster speeds up to 3600mhz for this motherboard but ££ against speed your not going to notice any benefit unless your a speed geek more interested in measuring speed over playing games or even video editing better adding more sticks …. my opinion of Course. Ensure you check out what RAM your processor can manage before buying bigger ram only to find out that your processor cant use it (wasted money and hours trying to tweak it to get the stated speed out of it),and ensure the motherboard can manage speed too otherwise you will freezing issues.

Really happy with this kit, also came with a ram cooler which I fitted (might as well).Installed on a Gigabyte Aorus X570 Pro with a 3700x.Initially just enabled the XMP profile and straight to 3200mhx it went with no issues, job done in many ways but then looking at performance it seems 3600mhz is a sweet spot for performance with as you can then run the fabric clock at 1:1 1800mhz which increases the cpu performance. So with slightly relaxed timings (16-19-19-40) and a voltage bump to 1.38v everything is stable in memtest 86 at 3600mhz.On research I have version V5.32 with Hynix dies.I do think the motherboard played a big part in this being possible as well as the memory support on the 3rd Gen Ryzens.Of course this isn't guaranteed for others with different hardware (or even the same hardware)

First stick didn't work, which can happen with this sort of thing, but diagnosing it was a bugger and nearly cost me the PC I'd bought to put it in.If you put the ram in and the computer starts acting funny, boots into windows and is sluggish then resets or fails to boot, then remove the ram, even if it sees the ram in the system with the full 8 gigs. Leaving it in and trying to find out if it was another component corrupted the system files which meant it then behaved oddly even with new ram in. Had to reinstall windows with other ram before it was diagnosed. That said. These things happen with ram. No fault of the seller who replaced immediately and second stick works fine. Buy with confidence.Just wanted to give a heads up for any noob like me.

I had bought two of these sticks of ram on separate occasions, starting my pc build with 8gb and then upgrading to two sticks to make 16gb. I made sure to buy exactly the same ram to ensure compatibility. Unfortunately the second stick caused my pc to get blue screen errors and crash constantly. It was version 5.3 I think. Anyway, I contacted Corsair support and they replied quickly, confirming that the RAM was faulty and said to exchange via Amazon which I did. The replacement worked perfectly (and also had a different version number) so although the ram works well and is good value and the customer support from Corsair and Amazon was really good,I was disappointed with the fact that I was unlucky and got bad ram and had the hassle of exchanging it.

I returned the HyperX memory as it hung within the first few moments of use. I was not sure if it was because I was using 64GB or not so went back to using Corsair. This is what I have working fine together.Corsair CMK64GX4M4B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism RGB LED Cooler - YD270XBGAFBOXASUS X470 ROG Crosshair VII Hero MotherboardCorsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold, 850 Watts, Fully Modular ATX PSUCorsair CC-9011078-WW Obsidian Series 750D Airflow Edition

Fast fast fast. With these being 4ddr you get the speed and performance required. I am currently saving up to buy another pair to fill my ram sockets.First time PC builders a tip for ram1. Make sure 1 ram goes into the slot furthest from your CPU. 2nd ram is then installed into slot 3. I didn't realise this.2. More force is required for these to click into place.I was scared I was going to snap them or break my mobo. They do need more force than you think.Overall lightning quick product.

Whilst I rate Corsair very well mid-June 2017 AMD Ryzen AM4 motherboards are having issues getting any 3200 memory to work beyond 2133 or 2933 for some reason - well discussed in technical web pages. This RAM is on MSI's QVL rated at 3200 but never attained even with latest drivers eg MSI B350 Tomahawk's latest 7A34v15 bios update and despite changing bios settings.I would wait until the motherboard makers have definitely fixed these issues as presently there are very mixed experiences.

Corsair's LPX series has a very good name for itself, and it has definitely lived up to expectations. If you're planning on upgrading your PC or building a new one and need affordable DDR4 memory, i'd recommend this.It performs great, and has a nice low-profile making it extra useful when install an aftermarket heatsink. In addition with the market on PC components gradually settling and constant sales, you should be able to grab a high frequency set for a very decent price.

This low profile height RAM is ideal for those that have a heatsink and CPU fan near their RAM sockets and fits perfectly. Easy to fit. Motherboard took longer to POST after first power on as the BIOS reads the installed memory on first boot. As with all new RAM I recommend you test your memory with memtest86 which will put the memory under load to check for faults and stability issues. If your BIOS supports XMP then select the XMP profile in BIOS for automatic over clock.

I managed to pick up this ram for around £67, which was a really good deal due to the surge of ram prices. The ram didn't work on my system but only because I'm an idiot as my system is AMD, and the ram wasn't compatible with my motherboard, hence constant BSODs. I eventually sold it off to my mate for his intel build and it has worked perfectly, no problems whatsoever. Moral of the story: Always make sure the ram is compatible with your system.
