Not sure how to rate memory, it either works or it doesn't.However a couple of things to mention, it is listed as 2400 memory but it shows as 2133 in bios on the Asus Z107-A MB. This has to be manually selected to 2400.Apparently this is normal as the memory is listed as 2400 OC (which presume means Over Clocked), so is NOT true 2400. (my fault I didn't realise this!)Have stability issues with my MB sometimes freezing and upon reboot warns that overclocking failed. As I don't overclock, (other than the memory setting), then I can only assume it refers to the memory speed at 2400. In which case that makes it incapable of running at its advertised speed. A bit misleading, but looks like all manufacturers do the same. This has only happened 3 times since purchase, so not a great problem. I haven't run it at 2133, so don't know what impact it would have on system performance. Some reviews show very little difference.I have not had any specific memory issues though.

I can boot only using 2133 frequency ,when I hoped to get at LEAST 2400 Mhz thats rated. Before this purchase I used practicaly same RAM Vengeance LPX with same timings and rated 2400 mhz but 2x8 GB.I had no problem using from start, and could even take it to 2800 MHz no problem. This is really a dissapointment for me at the moment,I am trying to get it up at rated speed but no matter what I do in bios at the moment doesnt help...I posted a photo of my "old" ram ,you can see it is essentially same model. If I manage to fix it soon I will change this review,if not I will try to return or exchange for something else at the seller.Edit, after update of my BIOS and setting tRFC timing to 421,memory works just fine,so it was actually my fault for it not booting at 2400MHz.Thanks to seller for fast shipping and delivery,+ technical support to fix my issue :)final rating 10/10

So I last bought 4 of these 2 years ago and got the fright of my life when my custom gaming rig started throwing up errors and wouldn’t boot. At first I thought my water cooler had leaked and neighed like a horse. A quick search later and I found it must be either the PSU or RAM. I eliminated the PSU since it’s Corsair’s top of the line and beefy one. Stuck a voltmeter in between theanyway and the plug and power socket - was drawing the right amount of current as expected. Took RAM sticks out one by one until I found two defective ones. Look at past orders - low and behold, it’s died just outside of the return period. I’ve had RAM last better in the past and I don’t really use my PC much except occasionally at weekends. They look great and work as expected, just not sure the reliability is fully there.

After months of not being able to reach 3000MHz using the XMP or Extreme Memory Profiles BIOS profile provided by my Asrock Fatality z270 ITX/ac motherboard low and behold I have success after two or three BIOS updates!Yes this particular memory module was compatible from day one with my motherboard as it was mentioned on the QVL (Qualified Vendor List) but that didn't guarantee success so my message to everybody is not to give up as it might be the fault of your motherboard manufacturers BIOS drivers and not the RAM itself as many people here are stating.Even at the stock 2100 MHz I would still give this ram three stars as it was stable and works very well but now I give it five for the obviousreasons.

I've previously used Corsair for my Ivy Bridge DDR3 setup and was very pleased with those. The performance works well and I had no issue getting XMP profies to work. The Red color is also very strong, like lipstick you'd get from that famous scene in 'Mad Men' which is nice. You would buy these if you were going to install an after-market air cooler for your CPU, because clearance issues on fans are a real thing. The only complaint I can foresee is that my old set of Vengeance memory started to die after 3 years. I get that that's what their warranty was for but I'd almost prefer them to die outright and force an upgrade than give me a blue screen every other day.

I've purchased the Corsair 32GB 2x8GB 4000MHZ kit for use in a newly built video editing PC. I wanted performance I could rely on and that's why I chose Corsair Vengeance! The motherboard I'm using is ASUS Rog Strix Z390-F Gaming, and Intel's i9 9900KS. I have managed to use the XMP 2 Profile to run this awesome memory at 3800MHZ in dual channel mode. Using Prime95 to test, I have established this setting is stable without any voltage changes, out of the box stock. If you're looking for great timings, this kit has what you're looking for. Also I love the look of these on the board, stealthy yet aggressive in their appearance! Would purchase again! - Jake

Purchased 2 x 16 GB 3000MHz sticks to be installed in a Asus Maximus Code iXTook 2 mins to Install, changed the XMP in the bios, booted up the system and now up and running with no issues or conflicts. 3000MHz joy :)I went with the 4M2B version --> 4M2B3000C15 mainly because personally i tend to go for hardware that is listed on the manufacturers QVL. I also plan on using these LPX ram on my next build in a maximum hero IX or X, so for me its all about ensuring i can use these on other motherboards without worrying about if the hardware hasn't been tested to work with a particular motherboard.I would defiantly recommend the Corsair LPX Ram.

I already have a Corsair Vengeance 2x4 8GB memory kit, which used to be all I needed as I just use my computer as a work station. I am not a gamer so I am not interested in overclocking just stability and these have never let me down. However, I use Capture One imaging software and the demands on my computing power have gradually increased. So, buying another kit to make a total of 16GB of memory was a no brainer way of upgrading. I am pleased that the images now resolve very quickly and do not slow me down by waiting for the computer to catch up with the software.

I am using this RAM in my Ryzen system and with the XMP enabled in the bios I have been running them at 3000Mhz reliably on an Asrock B450 motherboard.16GB is ideal for gaming and I have noticed a performance gain moving from 8 to 16GB of vengeance. The RAM stays cool with their metal heat sync covers and have been running reliably for me for a couple of weeks now.Corsair is my go to brand of RAM and I have always had a great experience with using them over the competition.Highly recommended for gamers looking to spice up their rig with some high speed RAM.

Bought to upgrade my ASUA TUF B450 Gaming based system. I tried with four faster sticks but the system would only start when it was populated with 2 sticks. I have overclocked the ram to get near the spec of the previous RAM and my system has been running without hanging for 36 hours so, a great buy. especially for my system. They are low enough in profile to allow all of my RAM slots to be used with my new Prism Wraith CPU cooler. All in all a worthwhile upgrade. And by buying the RED ones I saved a reasonable slice of change.

I returned the HyperX memory as it hung within the first few moments of use. I was not sure if it was because I was using 64GB or not so went back to using Corsair. This is what I have working fine together.Corsair CMK64GX4M4B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism RGB LED Cooler - YD270XBGAFBOXASUS X470 ROG Crosshair VII Hero MotherboardCorsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold, 850 Watts, Fully Modular ATX PSUCorsair CC-9011078-WW Obsidian Series 750D Airflow Edition

Fast fast fast. With these being 4ddr you get the speed and performance required. I am currently saving up to buy another pair to fill my ram sockets.First time PC builders a tip for ram1. Make sure 1 ram goes into the slot furthest from your CPU. 2nd ram is then installed into slot 3. I didn't realise this.2. More force is required for these to click into place.I was scared I was going to snap them or break my mobo. They do need more force than you think.Overall lightning quick product.

Whilst I rate Corsair very well mid-June 2017 AMD Ryzen AM4 motherboards are having issues getting any 3200 memory to work beyond 2133 or 2933 for some reason - well discussed in technical web pages. This RAM is on MSI's QVL rated at 3200 but never attained even with latest drivers eg MSI B350 Tomahawk's latest 7A34v15 bios update and despite changing bios settings.I would wait until the motherboard makers have definitely fixed these issues as presently there are very mixed experiences.

Corsair's LPX series has a very good name for itself, and it has definitely lived up to expectations. If you're planning on upgrading your PC or building a new one and need affordable DDR4 memory, i'd recommend this.It performs great, and has a nice low-profile making it extra useful when install an aftermarket heatsink. In addition with the market on PC components gradually settling and constant sales, you should be able to grab a high frequency set for a very decent price.

This low profile height RAM is ideal for those that have a heatsink and CPU fan near their RAM sockets and fits perfectly. Easy to fit. Motherboard took longer to POST after first power on as the BIOS reads the installed memory on first boot. As with all new RAM I recommend you test your memory with memtest86 which will put the memory under load to check for faults and stability issues. If your BIOS supports XMP then select the XMP profile in BIOS for automatic over clock.
