Been running 23c GP 4000s before. On a British Cycling contact recommendation, the Continental techs reckon that the GT is a better bet for club use than the 4000s as it has slightly better puncture protection but weighs not a lot more. Weighing 76kg I am running 60psi on the front and 80psi on the rear on 25c's and getting a comfy ride which runs at least as well as the 23c at 100psi that I used to run.

Fitted easily on Shimano R501s and gives a smooth & comfortable ride. Seem to grip OK, but all dry riding so far.

Brilliant tyre for spring/summer weather, dry roads. Really durable composite. Definitely buy again
