I have always been a size 6 and rarely have a problem buying shoes online, but this pair turned out to be a whole size too big. I think it's perhaps because my feet are too narrow, so if yours are wider you might be ok. If you can get to a shop that sells Clarks shoes, It may be an idea to buy them in-store so you can try them. Staff were wonderful, though, and were super helpful with helping me exchange.The shoes are smart and comfortable. They might need wearing in a little bit as the leather is stiff, but that might be a sign they are durable.

These shoes look good. I needed them for comfort as I am often on my feet for long periods of time. The first time I wore them without tights they started rubbing the back of my ankle after about 2 hours of walking; very painful. I get this issue with a lot of shoes to be honest so I wasn't surprised.Other than that the insole is soft and comfy.

I know my shoes size for Clarks shoes , so I don't mind buying online , I have given only 4stars because these shoes are a bit stiffer and tighter than I would have liked them to be , so I will have to wear them for short periods at first, but they look nice and will add to my choice when choosing my shoes for the outfit I am wearing .

Beautiful shoes. I ordered my normal size of 5 1/2 but had to return them as they pinched. We warned you have to pay for return postage. They sent me a size 6 which fit perfectly. I'm very happy with the purchase. This is my second pair of Claris shoes and I've had to up the size with each pair.

This shoe fits like a glove. Exactly the size and colour I wanted and quite comfortable. I also like the fact that the shoe's colour is as vibrant as advertised. Usually shoes bought on line are disappointment to me as they tend to be less bright in reality than in picture.

love these shoes they are comfy. Unfortunately I have had to put an insole in one shoe as it keeps slipping at the heel (hopefully this will help) but I think it's more to do with my feet than the shoe! I would recommend these shoes as they can be worn smart or casual.

Great shoes looked great, fitted well, arrived first class in plenty of time before expected date, Leather on shoes is lovely and soft was very pleased with purchase, may even purchase more pairs in other colour. Very pleased.

The shoes are high-quality leather, normal fit (I am usually 5.5 when wearing Clark's), I still have to break them in a little, though, but I believe they are the best pair of flats I have bought so far.

I have bought these for a present so cannot really comment on the comfort. I understand they fit well on someone with a wide foot. They look lovely and although not leather, really don't look synthetic.

a good shoe fits well and looks good, scuffs a little easy on the front which was sadly unexpected but overall good.Not very good as a kite aeroplane or boat but hey you get what you pay for;-)

Lovely ballet flats,these are very well made as you would expect from clarks.Ihave tried lots of flats in the past without success but these are very comfortable,no need to break in.Delighted.

Had these shoes before in navy, great buy. Cheaper than Clark's shop mid season sale!!! Lovely comfy shoe for work. Would certainly buy again. The order came a day early too, which was great.

These are a great value, good wearing and stylish school shoe for my 15 year old daughter. This is the third pair we have bought so I think that's an endorsement in itself!! Love them!

Look smart and nice. At first, I thought this shoes were a little bit small because the strong leather, but after a couple of days they fit perfect and softly. I would recommend them.
