I work in the NHS and can only write with black. I ordered this pen in violet because its nice and bright, and the pen is a really good weight. The description said the ink was black but the pen that arrived has ink that's BLUE! I've ripped open the packaging and not sure I can refund it now. So annoying. Love the pen hate the ink.

The description says the pen comes with a black cartridge however I received a blue one. Nice pen though!
