After seeing this in Smyths it was on top of our 3yo's xmas list so luckily we were prepared for the size which is reasonable considering all the interactive play it offers. We put shredded paper in the wheelie bins to be collected, this can then be emptied into the rear and scooped up into the back ready to fill with another load and once full it can go off to the tip to be emptied and all the rubbished pushed out of the back. This is an expensive toy but offers great value, the quality and interactive play possibilities are great. Daddy also enjoys playing with this!

Bought for my sons 4th birthday. He asked for a bin lorry that you could tip the bins and empty the rubbish. After a bit of searching, this came up as the best reviewed and did just what my son wanted. It was my sons birthday today and he has not stopped playing with the bin lorry. Hours of fun using wrapping paper as the rubbish.The lorry itself is quite big. However you can see that it is well built and sturdy.

My son loves bin lorries. He had wanted a truck like this for awhile. Would rather have had a front loader but you can't get them in the UK which is a great missed opportunity. He loves how it all works the bins the crusher etc. One downside is because it is so big it is difficult to steer around especially as the front wheels do not steer but are fixed in a straight line. Otherwise recommended.

Our one year old opened this on Christmas Day and said "WOW"! And has been playing with it ever since. It's amazing. Definitely get the sound bar. I also bought a man, extra bins and a high visibility vest for our son to wear. It does come with bins but I didn't realise.It's an amazing toy, it's expensive but very well made and so realistic.I'm sure he will love it for years to come.

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson. When it arrived it was bigger than I expected but my grandson absolutely loves it. I have awarded the truck 4 stars rather than 5 as there were no instructions about how to operate the truck but having said that we soon worked out what to do! All in all, if you've got the room to accommodate the truck it's a brilliant toy.

We got this for our bin-lorry-obsessed son's second birthday, and now 2 and a half it is still his favourite toy. It's well built and realistic. One of the features that makes it extra special is that the doors open and you can fit playmobil people inside the cab to drive it. The people can also hold the wheelie bins too. It's splendid. I'd highly recommend it.

What a great item. I am always pleased when my grandson brings this round to play ! Great scale, well built, and all the functionality of the real thing. My wife and I spent an afternoon making up "waste" and boy do the boys (one being me) like filling the bins and empting into the Dustcart ! Buy the additional bins as an extra. Childhood again !!!

Great , hours of entertainment. The gears on the winding mechanism do slip and make a grinding noise, I emailed Bruder and they were fantastic and replied with a solution to stop this noise. There is a tiny tiny hole on the side of the truck where the gears are internally. They suggest add a drop of oil through this hole. Now it is perfect !

My grandson absolutely loved this bin lorry. He had it for xmas played with it all that day and has continued to play with it a lot since! He also loved the additional bins I purchased with the bin lorry and the sounds module. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very sturdy and well worth the money paid for it.

Grandson is 3 yr old and loves it, being 'bin lorry mad' and seeing this on Jack Jack plays, it was what he asked for, when his birthday came. Arrived quickly and well packaged. After reading the reviews, sent for it and definitely not disappointed. It's a great size and well made, happy, happy, happy!

I got this for my 2 and half year old boy who has a truck and specifically a rubbish truck fixation for Christmas. He absolutely bloody loves it. Played with it solidly for over 2 hours without interruption which for him is amazing. Great build and very realistic. A quality toy, thoroughly recommended.

I bought this toy for my 5 year old boy who is mad about anything with wheels. He absolutely loves it, as it is just like the real big one which he saw in the summer. It was rather expensive but it is very well built and robust and hopefully will last the length of time in order for him to enjoy it

I bought this for my sons third birthday and he loves it. In true Bruder style it is solid and well made. Its large and chunky so my little boy doesn't find it a fiddle to play with. Having said that its not babylike and i think he will happily play with this for many years to come

My grandson has now had this item for nearly 2 years. He absolutely loves it (nearly 5 now) and plays with it in so many games. Well worth buying the extra dustbins. This is one toy that has been well played with and therefore really good value.

This lorry is fantastic.My Son absolutely loves it and has a great time emptying his dustbins into it.I just wish I had one of these when I was a kid. That`s why I end up playing with it as much as he does !!Good sturdy quality toy.
