Bought for this for my son (3) as he was starting to really get into the diggers on the building sites etc and I wanted something to keep him busy when I was on the allotment. He was his usual indifferent self at the start but now can't go a day without playing with it. It is a regular addition to our beach days where is does its best to excavate Dumpton Gap and even does trips to the allotment where it digs through the soil once I've loosened it up. He launched it down our stairs on the third day and I was fully expecting it to be in pieces as there are some excellent fine details on it, however it was fine has now lived through a few more potential toy exploding situations.

I noticed that my nephew has recently taken an interest in tractors and diggers (the real ones) and usually ends up in my garden putting stones into a cup and emptying it somewhere different. After browsing the shops in town, all I found were the cheap plastic diggers.Thankfully I found this Bruder Loader. It is a lot bigger than I first thought, also it very well made. I can't see my nephew destroying this and he was obsessed with it all afternoon. Perfect Christmas present for my nephew and will be ordering more from this brand in the new future.

Bought for our 2 year old grandson who just loves this type of construction vehicle. He is bright and picked up all the "driving" skills immediately as we expected. However, the pegs locating the front bucket did get broken after a few days of play. Although he still loves it and plays with it regularly it might have been better to wait for his motor skills to develop further - perhaps a good toy for 3 years plus.We did know this when we bought the toy and have no complaints about it as it is realistic and tougher than it might look or feel.

Bought this for my three year old grandson and it was immediately a bit hit. He and his 6 year old sister nearly came to blows over it- I may have to buy another one! They both love the firm articulation of the back and front moving parts. It’s big enough to be fun and take their little people as drivers without taking up too much room. It’s plastic, not metal (I was remembering the old Tonka toy adverts) but seems strong enough- don’t stand on it though! Very popular. Wish all the similar toys weren’t labelled ‘boy toy’.

Bought this for grandson's second birthday - he has a Bob the Builder book featuring a Back Hoe Loader. The detail is really very good and the scale accurately reflects the genuine article. Both the scoop at the front and the back hoe work well and grandson has been pushing it around in the garden with his other Tonka truck. Although made from plastic (and I feel that some of the catches that retain the back hoe and front scoop will not endure indefintely, it was certainly worth the money - his dad enjoyed it too!!

This Bruder series of boys toys is great fun. I initially bought this as a one off for my grandson, but I was so impressed by the quality of build and accuracy to detail that I've decided to purchase others from this range. I closely inspected it for safety and even though my grandson has just turned four I had no misgivings regarding this aspect. I have bought a lot from Amazon over the years and I have never been let down by their highly competitive pricing. My boy will love this and I'm sure yours will too.

When my son was approaching two, this was the only thing he wanted. Took me ages to find it... and when it arrived I thought it didn't look very sturdy. How wrong I was! He's nearly six now. Won't let us throw it away, still very attached to it and it's still perfect. He's not particularly gentle on toys. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a "big yellow truck with a scoop on the front and a digger on the back".

This product was bought as a present for my 4 year old son who asked for a digger for Christmas. The product is very well made and a great size! He is going to be so happy with it. I like all the moving parts and that there is the option for two types of digging, the picture really doesn't do it justice as it is pretty impressive in person! my 3 year old grandson was so excited when he opened this toy and has been playing with it ever since. Although he hasnt had it that long (3 weeks) it seems to be quite durable and he uses it everyday in the sandpit and gravel. We just had to show him how to operate the little handle to tip up the front loader rather than forcing it but he soon got the idea. A great toy.

I was sceptical before ordering it for my nephew as he is that kind of kid who rip apart everything in his way. I thought it won't last even a single day, just like other ones priced at 500 INR. But this product has proved me wrong. It's been one month and it is still intact, which is quite hard to grasp given that the kid(weighing around 15 KGs) sits on it all the time!

Beautifully detailed digger yet durable enough to pass the garden soil test, worked alongside the Bruder Actos Dumper Truck, my 3 year old son would tell you they are WOW!!!We now have our own mini M25 running from the back door to the greenhouse, all built using the Backhoe loader and dumper truck.Thoroughly recommended by me, and my boy.

Bought for a two year old lad who likes nothing more than using the loader as it was meant to be used (in the house and outside)- and who also loves battering it! It's very sturdy and robust, really easy to use, well-built, and survives being crashed into sofas/toy boxes/kitchen cupboards, as well as being thrown around.Highly recommend.

This was for a little boy who wanted this product and nothing else would do.Was less than in the shops but the same item.It was for a Christmas Present that went down very well.Two years later and it is still being played with and looks like new.It came boxed and larger than I thought.It's the little boys pride and joy.

Bought this for my nephew as his 2nd birthday present.Its well detailed and well thought out. It has surprisingly large functionality, the back hoe even slides side to side on the machine like the real thing.If it turn out to be a robust as suggested on the other reviews here it will have been worth every penny!

Very well made and my 3 year old son absolutely loves it. We have had it for about 4 months and it has been dropped about a million times and only a few small bits of plastic have broken off. Most toys my son has I expect to last maybe two days before he breaks them but this is very well made for the price.
