There are two types of bass lovers:1. Those who want car shattering bass which will make its presence felt even when there is little to no bass in the audio track itself. They want the other cars on the road and neighbors to feel the bass as well.2. They want the right amount of full and wholesome bass at the right places of the audio track and wont mind if they do not hear constant thump of subwoofer in every single second of the audio track. Sadly nobody except the owner of the car who drives it will know that you have a sub-woofer installed, not your neighbor nor the passing cars.This sub-woofer falls in the second (2) category.So if you need a sub-woofer which will make the music sound more pleasing and give out the right amount of bass in the audio tracks, then this sub-woofer is for you. This is a small subwoofer by dimension and its also physically and acoustically impossible to pump out car shattering bass, but what it does is add a lovely dimension to your music which was missing till date even if you already have expensive component/coaxial speakers in your car.My experience was smooth and seamless. The sub-woofer came within the prescribed delivery date and was packaged well. I took help of the local carr electronics shop and they fitted the subwoofer in 45 minutes or so.First of all as mentioned 100s of times here already, this subwoofer DO NOT need any extra amplifier as it is built in and the amp is of good quality which helps in controlling the sound and don't let the bass kill the music. The knobs and ports are sturdy and well built.I have an aftermarket touchscreen head unit (Sony XAV 3000) which has a sub out port which was used to connect this sub-woofer. This lets you control the subwoofer amplification from within the head unit if you want. I only had to purchase a pair of RCA cable from the local shop which was not supplied with the package.Overall i am satisfied with this purchase and now music sounds much better but no my car does not shake due to this subwoofer so if you find this as a con, then stay away from it there are bigger bass tube which will give you the result you want.Con:1. The speaker seems exposed as its covered by only two metal grilles. Be careful if you put sharp objects like umbrella in the boot which might pierce the speaker.2. Wish it had supplied a pair of RCA cable as well. It cost me Rs.400 locally for 5 meters.

This is called a small wonder!!!After a month of research on web, I found this lil bad ass sub n it's worth every penny n time I spent. I have installed it in my i20 2014 model with in-built headunit. U will not believe the bass output from this tiny box.... I had to reduce the bass volume to -5 ... n again this woofer is not to shatter ur eardrums or windshields in ur car....it's for u to enjoy the tight bass...

Just installed in my Fiat Punto Evo. The bass is boom and amazing. It took only a small space in my boot. Installation was easy and cost only Rs.2000. This was exactly what I wanted-less space but good base. I trust Blaupunkt. Just go for it.

I recommend this sub! The sound quality and depth of bass is wonderful. for my purposes it is 100 percent of what i needed! If you want a good quality sub at a reasonable price do not hesitate. Buy now!

Sounds amazing inside the car. Do not expect booming outside the car. Tone is good. Highly recommended for people who believes in quility not in show off. Amazing and compact size. Ideal for CNG cars.

Good at 200 Watts range Woofer level. Compare to Other Brand. Built-in amplifier.No need to buy amplifier saperatlly.It best with good combination of musical system like pioneer, Sony, blupunk etc.

Small in size but sound is awesome with in built amplifier,connect it myself with rear speaker JBL in eon magna.sound is awesome total car is vibrate , everybody watch me when I pass the road.
