Heavy wrench marks on the safety valve (which is an Italian part, according to the manual bragging about), gouged threads and rough meeting surfaces between the tho main parts. Works for coffee (hence two stars) but really, you can have the classic Bialetti Moka Italian-made for the same money, why bother with this clone? Don't be fooled by a paint job designed to embellish an inferior product.

The knob on the top is just a piece of plastic jammed into a hole, it falls off within hours. The top bit sits at an angle to the bottom. But I like the colour and it functions.
