Like a lot of Behringer products, this is built to a price not a standard and the quality of the design, components and workmanship is well below what you'd expect for a piece of hardware that is going to cost £134 of your hard earned British Sterling.My unit failed within two years but they refused to accept it for a warranty repair as I had missed the small print about having to register to qualify for the full 3 year warranty that is advertised - Don't get caught out with that scam!I tried contacting other specialist repair centers and the response I got back was (and I quote) "it is not economically viable to repair these units. Unlike similar units you'll need to replace the entire front panel rather than just one board."So there you have it,

I was very exited by the look and layout of this product, it has just what I need as a small live mixer solution, a bit limited on the e.q. side but hey most of them seem to run fine at 12 to 14 position. The deal killer is NO FX f/switchjack, or in fact any means of remotely bypassing effects which makes it useless for gigging and therefore a bit of a turkey !! being as Behringer's tech adviser replied the only mixer we make without this facility. What is going on here? so many potential sales lost as this is the only rack-mixer of its type on the market at a good price and they cock it up with a stupid design flaw that a novice would not make.Deeply disappointed.
