I bought these recently after having bought one on a whim and liked writing with it so much, they are the comfiest pens I have ever owned! The pen is chunky, I would say 50% wider than a standard Biro, the rubber grip is excellent and holds on to your writing hand well even during extended use. The writing action is smooth and fluid and the ink is a uniform consistency. I have noticed that after c1-2 hours use in my exam the ink does start to go a bit thin or miss little bits of a line, I'm not sure if this is due to me or the ink being a bit too viscous inside the cartridge, either way I swap pens part way through to continue writing clearly.I am taking some exams for work and like to have a comfortable pen for the exam, there's nothing worse than having to rest your hand because the pen is digging into your finger, and for that these fit the bill perfectly!

I’m often in situations where I need to be able to write quickly and clearly, so find it frustrating when pens don’t flow well. Even reputable branded pens can have a lot of drag as they are used on a page, which not only makes note-taking a chore but it can be tiring too. For me the best thing about these pens from Stabilo is that they don’t drag, and that they flow very nicely in all colours. The grip on the pens themselves is good, and they are retractable so easy to carry in a pocket or bag. I have the set with six colours (dark blue, light blue, red, green, purple and black) and find that all of them are distinctly from each other, as they should be. The appearance of the pens is also very good, and although they are bright and attractive they still manage to look professional.

The grip is the main thing here, with the small taper in near the middle of the coloured rubber helping the pen (which is quite thick) fit into your grip really well. The roller ball is decent quality, where it's much, much smoother to write with than a Bic biro or similar. The end result on the page isn't too different, but the feel of writing is much improved, which is great when planning to write for long periods at a time. The choice of colours is good, suited for annotating documents and general doodling. I have looked, but can't find any Stabilo refills for this particular pen. Having a choice of refills would definitely help, and it would be disappointing if Stabilo chose not to sell them,as the pens themselves are quite expensive.

These pens are very pleasant to write with. They have quite a wide barrel, so feel quite chunky, but the grip makes them very comfortable to use. The ink flows easily, meaning that little pressure is required in order to get consistently great looking writing. The colours are quite vivid meaning that your writing stands out when you need it to. They're not particularly great for colouring - I'd use different pens if that was my aim - but for writing they're super. I like the fact that they're made out of a high percentage of recycled plastic.Overall I'd highly recommend these pens. The only reason that I've given them 4 stars rather than 5 is because there just wasn't anything quite "stand out"enough about them for me to love them.

These are great pens. They are nice and chunky so they don't hurt your hands as much when holding for long periods. They do feel a lot more plasticky than other pens I've had, but they are nice and light. They write really well and are great colours. I had the mixed colours pack and I've attached a picture of the ink as its written so you can see the tones. Im not sure what the last colour is, whether teal, turquoise, Kingfisher etc so i just put teal. These would be a good set to gift to a teacher for example as a thank you. They would be great for anyone that does a lot of marking or assesments, and even perfect for the office. The plastic wallet won't last very long but they never do.Still, they are worthy of a 5 star rating.

The Stabilo pointball pens are really smooth writers as you would expect with a medium thickness of 0.5mm. They’re green in that they’re made of 79% recycled material, but as someone who can never find they’re pen even when it’s on the desk right in front of me, I like the visible, distinct orange body. This set of 6 ballpoint pens has a useful selection of colours, blue, black, green, purple, red and turquoise. They have a comfortable rubber finger grip and a handy clip. The sturdy button that retracts the nib makes a reassuring click. They take the standard Stabilo refill when that becomes necessary. They have a sturdy press button.A well made quality ball point penGreat for colour coding while studying.

Nice set of Pens from a well known brand. Excellent ink coverage and in 6 colour's. Dark & light blue, Black, Red, Green & Purple. The pens have a chunky and comfortable rubber grip and the packaging says made from 79% recycled material. The ball is 0.5mm so fairly fine.Overall if you need the varied colours then this set is pretty good. I personally only gave 4 stars as I get through a lot of pens like these and tend to prefer Uniball pens, as in the past I found that sometimes the Stabilo pens ran out of ink faster. I also find the uniball more comfortable for my grip. Still it's a matter of choice. My partner finds these more comfortable to use and far in away prefers these.

SIX PACK=========These are a good six pack of various colours. The kids constantly take these my desk for drawing. They're good for writing AND drawing.GOOD FOR LISTS===============They write very smoothly and the variety of colours are good.WRITE WELL===========They write very well - beautifully smooth. The rollerball doesn't catch or snag.GREEN======They are a little better for the environmentally-aware school children as they are manufactured from 79% recycled plastic.CLICK=====The click mechanism is nice and effective.PENS=====Presently one of my favourites. And I LOVE PENS!

These Stabilo ballpoint pens are incredibly good! This pack contains six pens in useful colours: blue, black, light blue, green, red and purple. Each pen has a non-slip grip which is comfortable to hold. The pen itself is wider than other ballpoints which makes them incredibly comfy to hold, and good for children as well as adults. I use mine in the office every day. The 0.5 mm line width is perfect for clear writing and , and the pens take the standard Stabilo refills. The pens are also made from a majority of recycled plastic and are sturdy enough to reuse and refill time and time again.

I bought one of these pens from a high street store on a whim, to write in my dream journal with. It was the purple one. I have since bought two others; the dark and light blue ones. They are really nice to hold and write with as they are quite chunky. I was getting tired of my other biro pens being apparently full of ink, but not working for whatever reason. :/These write beautifully and smoothly, and the black pen is a must for any student, or HCA worker. Just don't let your co-workers nab it!I just wish there were more colours available. I would happily spend money for more variety!

These STABILO Pointball pens arrived this morning and as expected, they do exactly what you expect them to do...they write! Actually, these are really biro type pens disguised as rollerball pens. They look like the ubiquitous RB pen but use traditional biro type ink rather than RB ink. Apparently these retractable pens are refillable although I'm not sure people nowadays, in this throw away society, actually do things like refill their pens? This set comes in six ink colours and are made from 79% recycled materials.

These are a great set of pens. I use them for marking and have found them comfortable to grip and write with. I ended up buying another set for a colleague who took a bit of a liking to them and borrowed them constantly! The students also like using these pens as they are larger than most biros, making writing a smoother process. The colours are quite vibrant- particularly the purple. They were a little more than I would usually pay for 6 pens, but you pay for a better quality pen, rather than a standard biro.

A nice set of Stabilo ball point click retractable pens, with a medium nib size these are great pens for schoolwork where multitudes of colours are allowed. Only black pens at my children’s school though. The colours are good six colours black, navy blue, Pale Blue, green, purple and red. These are well made with a nice positive click function. The pens are really nice to write with no scratchiness about the roll.Recommended if you are looking for a rainbow assortment of pen colours

These pens are really nice. They feel well made and quality. The collection of colours in this pack is good - it's a good selection for every day use. And, most importantly the pens write really well.So why four stars and not five? Simply because, personally, I prefer the Papermate Inkjoy pens. Couldn't tell you why, but I just like the way they write - they suit my hand better. But don't get me wrong, the Stablios are better pens, I just slightly prefer the Papermate ones

A pack of six ball point pens, each a different colour size M 0.5No real effort was needed to get them writing unlike some pens I have used in the past. The colour pens writing colour is a pretty close match for the colour of the pen body.I am left handed and the pens offer good grip with the rubberised lower body while the main body of the pens, yellow in colour is hard plastic. The pen body unscrews and I would imagine replacement refills would be available.
