It is expensive but it is worth it. Very good quality, velvet-like inside very smooth and easy to play on it. The stones are sliding very nice on it. In general very good. The size is really for home playing. The stones are plastic, could have been better quality with the price paid for it. However all in all, I suggest anyone who would like to have decent playing time. It looks nice for a gift as well.

I love this set. If you want a small board choose something else because it is rather large. It has a cool and very sexy look. It has everything you need and is a good buy. Backgammon with good friends and a bottle wine. What more could you ask.

Great bit of kit. Sturdy construction and top quality pieces. It really does enhance the pleasure of playing the game with a nice board. Shame my odds of winning aren't improved by the quality of the board ;)

A good large size. A lovely playing surface. The checkers look and feel good and the case is attractive and hardwearing. Overall a very good purchase.

Great BG Board, but one of the clasps fell apart making the case insecure & prone to pop open when carrying.
