Pluses:1. Small, well made, will fit in nearly any PC case.Minuses:1. Cut down to only one memory channel so effectively limited to 2x8G = 16G. The large DIMM sizes which were supposed to happen with DDR3 were never made.2. No USB3 onboard. That effectively makes front panel ports on some cases like Thermaltake unusable because while they have a USB3 and USB2 connection, the power is drawn from the USB3.3. The DIMMs are locked using a one-sided lock same as on newer DDR4 MBs from the same manufacturer. That is less reliable than a classic double sided lock.All in all - it does the job if you have some spare DDR3 and some spare APU parts to use with it. Otherwise,

The perfect mATX motherboard for me... Nothing less, and nothing more... But kinda wish mATX had 1 pci-e slot ;n;... Oh well.

Very good motherboard. Could do with more sata ports for more hardrives and could also do with more pcie and pci slots.

Bought for a budget build and absolutely no issues for far after 2 months. Easy to install and setup. Would recommend.

Cant really go wrong with asus motherboards. Installed many. This time to replace a blown gigabyte one.
