Fantastic little barebones PC which could easily fill the role of a fully fledged desktop or workstation for non-gamers. I found this probably the easiest PC build I've ever done. Mine came supplied with BIOS version 1.5 installed, which supports Kaby Lake (7th Gen) CPU's up to 65w. I used a Pentium G4560 for a budget orientated build. If you are looking for a powerful workstation, an i7-7700 will provide that.ProsValue is not bad - once you buy separate Mini ITX case, PSU and motherboard, it'll probably cost as much as thisSmall - a bit larger than a stack of 6 x CD cases. Motherboard is Mini-STX format (smaller than Mini ITX)Quiet - with Intel box cooler as the only source of noise,it's virtually unnoticeable when onFull speed Ultra M.2. slot supports PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD's like the Samsung 960 EvoUSB 3.1 via USB-C connectorDisplay Port as well as HDMI and VGA connector for UHD displays (Note 4K over HDMI only supported at 30 Hz)External PSU means minimal internal wiring to worry aboutCurrent integrated GPU (Intel HD 610 or 630) perfectly adequate for most things except running the latest games.ConsSpecialist flush fit SATA data/power connectors a bit tricky to use and are non-standard (so don't lose the cables!)External GPU unsupportedWiFi is extra (internal M.2. kit available, but I used a USB card)Only 3 x USB A type ports (2 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0) means you may need a USB hub.Audio output only on front panel, no SPDIF output.

I got this due to the small size form factor, matched it up with 2 x 4GB DDR4 sticks, and a Pentium Skylake G4400 dual core chip. So for sure this isn't going to cut it playing the latest PC games, however the Intel HD 510 graphics builtin are OK for older titles. My ASRock DeskMini 110 is currently running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, and everything just worked out of the box.I made sure to update the BIOS to version 7.00, mine shipped with 1.50 (yes, for some reason there is a massive jump in BIOS versions). Once the machine is at version 7.00 it's able to support Kaby Lake CPUs, so if in the future I decide to upgrade the CPU I'm all set.Plus Points- Good performance for the price- Looks dinky on thedesk- Runs near silent (just make sure to switch the fan to silent in the BIOS)- Able to take Kaby Lake CPUs (Untested, but the ASRock site suggests it does once at BIOS 7.00)- External "Laptop" style PSU- Gigabit Intel NIC onboardNegative Points- Only 1 x USB 2.0 on the rear, another USB 3.0 port on the rear, and then 1 x USB 3.0 on the front and 1 x USB C on the front, so the lack of USB on the rear might be a problem (I solved this with a USB 2.0 hub)- There are only audio sockets on the front of the case, not so great. I solved this my getting a cheap USB 2.0 soundcard from UGreen, which works great under Ubuntu, and I suspect Windows (untested)

Not Sure ? who is reviewing this in the first post? If the product has been given as a gift for a review? But I'll lay it down as someone that paid money for the product, you guys are looking at this product you know it's a super small upgradable unit. If your In the UK ?? which it should be as it's Amazon UK. UK Buyer Beware it doesn't come with a UK socket, It can be easily remedied by cutting off the American side of the plug and installing a UK 3 pin plug which is fine all day long as the step down brick has an acceptable input Voltage of 100V to 240V The Power Supply is a 120Watt one so your good to go for that 65Watt CPU had to get the specs for the AC adaptors manufactures web site asit doesn't say what the wattage is on the power brick and Asrock recommend a 120Watt for the 65Watt CPU I reached out to Asrock and they said the spec and model of the power brick could change with different product runs so make sure you check the specs of the power brick when you get it my specs are below and that relates to a 120Watt power brick.Power Brick SpecAcBel Model number is ADC027 here is the specOutput Load Range Regulation Rated PowerVoltage Min Max. Product itself is good! Once you put enormous effort to find required parts etc.The information about the product and assembly manual instructions are vague or nonexistent! If not youtube videos it's very hard to guess the manual pictures as it's very blurry & small. The parts list you need if you want WIFI below1. 2 x 2.4GHz 6dBi Indoor Omni-directional Antenna 802.11n/b/g RP-SMA Female Connector2. Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265+BT M.2 Internal WLAN/Bluetooth3. 2Pcs IPEX /MHF4 to RP-SMA Antenna Pigtail for NGFF/M.2 WIFI/WLAN/3G/4G Modules !!!20CM LENGTH!!!!IT'S IMPERATIVE TO GET 20CM LENGTH CABLES OR OTHERWISE ITS TOO SHORT (amazon sells only 15cm) I bought from ebay.AND MAKE SURE YOU BUY IPEX /MHF4 cable as no other will fit! (took me ages to find out right info and cable lengs I figured only when i bought too short)Oh and that annoying European plug and not UK type. Good think you can buy it separately ( I used my old laptop plug)Overall it works flawlessly and it's very fast! My setup:Ubuntu 16.04Intel Core i3-7100 3.90GHzRAM 8GBHDD 750GB ( from old laptop)

Great little unit, shame about the EU plug - thankfully I had a spare one of these:https://www.amazon.co.uk/LINDY-Mains-Clover-Leaf-Power/dp/B009VDVGIW/ref=sr_1_5?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1480097929&sr=1-5&keywords=cloverleaf+power+cableOther than the plug I couldn't be happier - running numerous VMs under KVM/QEMU. Small, quick and quiet - not much more you can ask for.

Brilliant. Wanted something with desktop performance that could be carried about on occasions. The storage options is what really sets it apart in my mind with the NVME SSD slot and the 2x 2.5" SATA bays.My only wish-list feature would have been a PCIe slot, it does have a small mPCIe for wifi etc. But this is understandably missing as it is trying for tiny size.

Has made a fantastic little ESXI Server. 32GB ddr4, 500GB pcie solid state drive and Intel i5 7400 processor. With the fan set to silent I can't hear it at all on my desk, sooooo much better than the 1u dell server it has replaced. Ordered from ccl and arrived next day.

Great little box, easy to install components and get up and running, very quiet once you set the fan to silent in the BIOS

Works great. Nice and compact but still has plenty of space. More USB's would be nice but you can't have it all.

Perfect paired with a i3 6320 and 16Gb of laptop DDR4 to run my minecraft server.
