This little refurbished Dell is great value.It was very clean out of the box, the case has a very minor ding which has been touched up and is nothing to worry about. The machine came with Windows 10 pro and was a cinch to set up out of the box. it's quick, almost silent and is a powerful piece of kit. My previous machine, which was on its last legs had a quad core AMD processor running 16gb of RAM and was quick enough but sounded like a washing machine.This Dell in comparison is very silent, extremely quick to boot up due to the SSD hard disk and with 8gb of memory is a vast improvement on my old custom built pc.The core i5 4590 processor was £250 alone when it first came out so you are getting a bit of a bargain.Very pleased with this pc,

Arrived on time and is as described, seems clean. There is a power cable but no WiFi dongle. The massive cardboard box it was in was torn so maybe fell out? I use ethernet so not too worried but it should have been there.I am slightly disappointed because I was all set to upgrade this box with extra RAM and an extra internal HDD. But both the internal RAM slots are in use, and although there is space in the drive bay (because the SSD is just jammed to one side in the case) there is no spare SATA power to link an internal HDD to. The single power socket on the board powers the SSD and also the DVD. Luckily I hadn't actually bought any of that. Instead I will use a USB 3.0 port to connect an external HDD and see how it goes.Bargain,

A decent system for the price. I have connected it to two monitors and it seems be fine for doing work. The case is nice and small ane fairly light. The SSD Drive makes it nice and quick to boot up, and very responsive. The negatives for me are:- Advertised as 8GB Ram, but when checking My Computer on Windows it seems to think its only 6GB Ram.- Internet via Wireless was VERY slow, until I moved the Wireless dongle to another USB port, then it worked fine. Not sure if there is an issue with the original USB port it was in.- No HDMI ports. I had to buy adaptors, in order to attach monitors to the display ports.

Came ready to go. In perfect condition. Mine still had the plastic protective covers. It looks like it's never been used! The spec matches the description fully. Very pleased. Used for general office app and streaming. Works amazingly well. Kids use for minecraft and Roblox. Works great for these as well. Not sure how well it'll work for processing heavy games but there is enough spec for most i think. The Wifi dongle stated in description is missing though!

I was pleased with the condition of the tower, the internals were clean and the SSD was an Adata 240GB unit. Not the most expensive SSD on the market, but still not the worst. The CPU was unfortunately of a lower spec than advertised, and the machine arrived with an i5-4570 rather than the i5-4590 promised. The difference however between the two is only a small matter of 100MHz baseclock, so it wasn't the end of the world.

Arrived in 2 days packed well and looks like new, unbeatable price. Everything I wanted including WiFi that works well in our old Victorian house. The reason I say that is WiFi in some homes have problems with penetrating heavy structures and this Dell OptiPlex from SER works very well and with a years warranty. But I wont be going with the Office 365 package installed with a monthly subscription.

Came super clean and very quickly, had all the latest updates so no waiting round for ages whilst they install. For the money the specs are great and allows me to properly work from home whilst we are on lock down due to the virus. Nice and small too so doesn't dominate the room and also nice and quiet. SSD means it boots up really fast too.

It’s a powerful pc, fires up very quickly compared to my old windows 7 pc and works very well remotely. A wrong WiFi dongle was supplied, causing bit of inconvenience but the supplier sorted this out. Only been using for few day and very pleased with this pc, even recommended to a friend. Have not used it for gaming.

Item arrived early, was well packaged. Set up without a glitch and was up and running in no time with windows 10.Quality bit of kit, everything works as it should, unit is virtually silent and blindingly fast compared to my previous computer on win7.Would highly recommend.

Works great beats my laptop hands down for a fraction of the cost, in fact my last SSD drive cost more than this PC. Great Value
