The shoes have a good look for summer trainers and the gel in the sole provides comfort and cushioning. But i have wide,high arched ,supernating feet and these have no ankle support ,arch support and stability for jumping and lateral support for the classes I do. I will use for low impact activities in the gym such as cycling.They will make my favourite trainers last afew months more.So will alternate them.

love these trainers, bought them for zumba & clubbercise, but they have come up a little small, and i wish id tried them for a little longer before removing labels! but then next size up may have been too big - i have wide feet so this may be why they feel on the small size. feel super light and buoyant on though.
