Great stuff. (25-30 years, or so, PC experience here, I am NO novice), MY OPINION ONLY:Lots of (NON-CONDUCTIVE, so it says) paste for the $$$.I run an AMD six-core on both my machines. My main PC uses a two-fan Cooler Master Hyper 101a for cooling an AMD fx6300. After this most recent application, it idles at 12°-14° C in a room probably in the mid 70s F.The other one runs an AMD 1090t using a Cooler Master Vortex Plus at a pretty steady 31°C for most steam games, Minecraft stand alone, etc. Idle is around 25°-26°, (the 1090t runs hotter to begin with).Case fans help of course. One thing I tried ( if you do so, you do so at your own risk),This product is so thick and sticky, that if I didn't get it applied smoothly on the first "sweep" I had to do it again. It is quite thick to begin with and easy to over apply if not careful. I KNOW this goes COMPLETELY against convention, but I find it easiest to put a "pea" sized bead on the CPU and then I fingertip it smooth by dampening my finger with lacquer thinner - swipe, dampen, swipe dampen, not wet, but damp. I have tried this approach in two different machines with beautiful results, so far. Denatured alcohol won't touch it, except as an after cleaner to the lacquer thinner.

I've used Arctic Silver Ceramique for years because it offered an excellent combination of performance and value. I've never really had any complaints with Ceramique so I was pleasantly surprised that Arctic Silver updated it. In terms of performance, Ceramique 2 seems to be a bit better than the original, though it's still behind the top silver-based thermal interface materials. Absolute thermal performance is not the whole story, however, and where Ceramique really stands out is the fact that it's completely electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive so there's virtually no risk of damaging your stuff by accidentally applying too much, etc.To get the most out of Ceramique 2,you should follow the detailed instructions on the Arctic Silver website. The site recommends different application methods depending on the type of CPU and Heatsink. For example, with Intel Ivy Bridge CPU's you should use the "line method" whereas my Phenom II needs the traditional "spot in the middle" approach. The site also describes how to prepare a CPU and heatsink prior to applying thermal paste to improve effectiveness.System Setup: (Stock)CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055THeatsink: Stock AMD Phenom II x6 Heatsink w/ HeatpipesCase:

When i saw this deal i couldnt believe my eyes. For only 10 bucks you get 25Grams of Ceramique 2. A thermal compound proven to be on the same bar and above that of Arctic Silver 5 which i have used for nearly 8 years now. When my CMQ2 arrived i removed every heatsink on my motherboard; southbridge, northbridge, CPU heatsink, and even repasted my 8800GT. After all that the tube is still so full haha. I immediately saw 3 to 4C temperature drops. After the break in period(25 hours according to Arctic Silver's website) i saw a total temperature drop of 6C on every chip. Also, my northbridge and southbridge now feel much cooler under extreme loads. My system is an e8400 OC to 4.05Ghz with an OC 8800GT.This paste is NO joke. Why pay 10 dollars for 1.5 Grams of AS5 or Masscool when you can get 25G of Ceramique 2 for the same price.Bottom Line: If you are looking for TIM this is the stuff to buy. Great quality, Fast shipping.

This is my thermal paste of choice for just about any job. It perfoms as well as the company's long-standing flagship Arctic Silver 5, with the added benefit of not being electrically conductive. There are better thermal pastes out there, but you're paying several times the cost for a few tenths of a degree performance. The Ceramique 2 is cheap, available in a large-size tube, easy to apply and clean up, isn't electrically conductive, and performs well. What more do you want in a thermal paste? Every system I build, either for myself or someone else, gets this. No complaints for anyone due to overheating.

I purchased this without checking the size and was surprised to see how much Thermal Compound I ordered. I usually order the 2.5g tubes but this one is a 25g. A good thing is that I will not run out of Thermal Compound any time soon and the price was cheap. This Ceramique 2 compound is the only stuff I use when I order online. They are not electrically conductive so I feel safer using them on my GPU and CPU. I have successfully applied it on my Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 and on my AMD A4-4000 APU. It has dropped temperatures around 10C compared to my old aging compound. I thoroughly recommend this product.

One of the key features of this product is that is it not capacitive. At the time when I was looking at other thermal compounds I could not find one that was not capacitive like Ceramique 2.I use this compound for both CPUs and GPUs. Sine this product is non conductive and capacitive, I do not need to worry about frying my chips. With my GPUs I observed a 10C difference versus the stock thermal compound. An excellent product and I have more than enough thermal compound with this 25g tube.

I have built many computers and replaced many CPUs and have had nothing but good experiences with Arctic Silver 5. I decided that I would try their Ceramique compound because it is less expensive, non-conductive, and non-capacitive. I can now report that it also performs nearly identically to Arctic Silver 5. You can't go wrong with this compound.

I am using this product from about a year now, for all my Xbox360 and PS3 repairs, and it is one of the best Thermal paste out there, I have used Arctic silver 5 before as well as Arctic MX-4, but I prefer this CMQ2 now. Also it is price effective for a 25G tube compared to other alternatives.

After realizing the amount of money I was spending on Thermal Paste, I saw one of my friends using this! What more can I say it work and works great, I work on Gaming Consoles and let me tell you you get the best bang for your Buck! Thanks to the Arctic Ceramique 2!

First, you get a ton for the price. 25grams.Second, lower temps on cpu by 5c and gpu by 8c for when I used it from the stock thermal paste.Third, its non conductive which makes it less worrisome if accidental miss applied.

No problem with the product. Exactly what I expected. Using it on a few Intel 7 2600K processors. No overheating as of today.Very happy with the prompt service, packing, and delivery. Would purchase from them again.

exelent thermal paste, droops like 10 degrees Celsius than factory paste on AMD FX-6100 CPU at max use. good for Over Clocking (depend of CPU and Cooler)

This tube is huge. Unless this stuff goes bad, I will never have to buy another thermal paste again. It's arctic silver ceramique 2 and it works great.

Transfers heat well and has not shown any problems. Was highly recommended for heat transfer. Time will tell but not really concerned

25.4.2014

I used this paste on my GTX 780/Kraken G10/H55 setup and it runs at a cool 39*C under full load. Great stuff.
