My Dad has always loved Aramis and has used it since the 1970s. When ever I smell it, it takes me back to days of flared trousers, sideburns, nylon underpants and beer with a proper head in a glass with a handle. Apparently it known for its leathery fragrance maybe reminiscent of the upholstery of a Mark II Ford Capri. It is evocative of the sounds of Charles Aznavour singing She or John Denver singing Annie's Song against a backdrop of brown flocked wallpaper with a beige swirling motif.Aramis is still popular today as it has a timeless appeal.
