Gosh this is a difficult one. I have used Baylis and Harding for years, loved the scents, packaging (especially the pump action) so practical for hand washing etc. Who needs screw lids for hand wash or cream? I could not fault it until October 2016. Someone used my flannel, in itself a disgusting habit made worse by the fact that this person knew that I had sensitive skin. They had certainly mocked me enough times on the basis that I used it as an excuse to justify my expensive taste in clothes - cashmere, linen, silk, cotton, leather and expensive but gentle washing liquid, both for clothes, washing up and personal washing. I don't wear make-up and use plain water for my face (having had a water softener fitted).

Love the smell of these. We've been buying the triple pack from Amazon but I wanted the stand and the hand cream.The whole thing does not come in a presentation box, so be mindful of this if you want to give it as a gift. Consequently, the first pack I bought was not packaged well by Amazon and the plastic tray broke, however, Amazon were very quick to process a replacement. One other thing to mention, there is a small difference between the triple pack bottles and the presentation tray pack bottles. The triple pack bottles are slightly wider and they have a plastic push dispenser screw head. The ones in the presentation pack have a snazzy looking silver push dispenser screw head - just as you see in the picture.

Good sized bottles that will last a decent amount of time. The stand is tidy, and the one in my own cloakroom is 2 years old and still looks decent. It is clear perspex so should blend with any decor. . The dispensers are good, and sturdy in construction - even children can use them easily as they dispense just the right amount every time, should be easy for those with reduced mobility too.Perfect Gift for when you want to say Thank You, contribute to a Secret Santa that is suitable for both genders. There are a variety of scents to choose from. The Mandarin and Grapefruit is cheapest, and is unisex. The scent is simply fresh and clean, without being overpowering so suitable for use in the kitchen.

The item was not in stock when I ordered but I was kept updated and received the order within approximately 10 days. Very happy with the item. Although the product is advertised as being 'Mens', I actually think it should be 'unisex' as the smell is lovely without being floral or too masculine. The lotion has made my dry hands lovely and soft. I was so happy with my purchase, I ordered a second as the price was exceptional too! Additionally, the product would make a really nice gift due to it's presentation etc...

A fabulous price and love the smell. Packaged well and arrived intact.My only negative comment is when I removed the packaging there was a big sticky label on the bottom which I didn't want to be visible because the holder is clear plastic. It was quite difficult to remove and wouldn't come off entirely with soap and water so I ha to revert to whit spirit which did the trick.

Move over Molten Brown! Baylis & Harding have been a firm favourite in my household for years. The high quality of the packaging is only a bonus to the sheer luxurious quality of the liquid loveliness! It certainly is on par if not beats some of the high end shenanigans on the market and for way less, it cannot be overlooked! I'm a fan through and through!

I brought this to sit in the kitchen as it is compact. For me the soap has not got a very nice smell and you need a few squirts to get a good lather. The hand cream is better and as its next to the soap and pump action its very convenient to use.I have only given this four stars because of the smell of it otherwise it would get 5.

I've used the Black Pepper and Ginseng handwash for some time, it's lovely and has a very pleasant fragrance without being overpowering or floral. Had not used the hand lotion before but this too is very nice and rich. The holder looks smart. I would point out that the handwash is not the strong red as pictured more of a red/rust.

I love the smell of the wash (def unisex) and hand cream. Bought this as I have very dry hands. I have it in the kitchen so after every time I wash up r wash my hands I remember to use the cream. It has made a real difference to the condition of my skin. It arrived in perfect condition. Looks good sitting there next to the sink.

These are a great set. The hand lotion is lovely and not too greasy. I think they are good value as the bottles are so big. They look lovely on my sink and you could always refill them. I like the tray they come in too. My only complaint would be that the scent is very subtle and I would have liked a stronger scent.

Both the hand soap and the moisturiser are excellent quality and have a nice fragrance. The stand was surplus to my requirements but even if it did fit by my sink I’m not sure I would have used it.I doubt if you could find comparable quality products for anywhere close to the price, very strongly recommended!

soap and cream is lovely and would buy this brand again. Although i have only gave it 4 stars due to the poor quality of the base which is in two parts and is always separating - i am considering using super glue to hold it in place but wish it had been one piece to start with but otherwise a great item.

Lovely item was bought as as gift, so nice I couldn’t help but buy a second for myself! Large bottles of product unlike other gift sets on the market, comes on a clear stand which is much better than the metal ones that usually come with a set like this. Both my sets came well packaged with no damage.

To balance out negative reviews I can only say that mine arrived intact and was well packaged. As for pump malfunction, only time will tell. It’s a lovely perfume and very good value for money. If you want to pay Molten Brown price’s you’ll probably get a better product - but really it’s just soap !

You can't really go wrong with Baylis and Harding - great product, reasonable price, not tested on animals and the hand moisturizer lasts me all year! The only downside is all the plastic packaging that comes with them - a small cardboard box padded out with shredded paper would be much nicer!
