seller very good, it got returned by Royal Mail to them, so they re-sent it out to my works address instead of my home address at my request so very happy with seller. The product itself looks good, 8cm x 8cm. Its well made, maybe 1-2mm thick. It's fibre glass reinforced so it'll be tough yet flexible. It's also cleverly colour coded, pink hot side, yellow cold side. I'm not sure if it'll cope with a peltier modules heat output, but thought I'd give it a go and see for my coolbox I'm modding to use 3 x peltier modules instead of the x 1 that came with the coolbox. It'll be running off a solar powered leisure battery so I'm not worried too much about efficiency.I will test with a thermo-couple and post the results vs thermal paste later. If it keeps my beers cool summer camping holidays then I'll be a very happy man.

Bought this to fix some mini copper heat sinks to some eMMC chips etc. on a Lattepanda SBC.Arriving in simple packaging, this square of adhesive tape needs to be simply cut to size and the film on one side removed and the tape affixed to the surface followed by the removal of the film on the other side at which point you attach your cooling component. Job done, this managed to bring the temperatures down a few degrees and the heat sinks do feel quite well attached. The packaging CLEARLY states on the front that this is NOT suitable for CPU/GPU applications - you need thermal compound adhesive for that instead.Great product that does exactly as I expected. If you have found this review helpful, please let me know by hitting the “helpful” button! or if you have any questions then feel free to ask :)

If you're into retro computing, then you will want to keep those IC's cool to give them the maximum life span possible.Dead simple to apply, cut to size, peel off one side, stick onto the chip, peel off the other side and place on your heatsink.Heat transfer is good, not as good as dedicated thermal adhesive, but good enough for ICs that get hot to the touch. Also since this is not permanent you can carefully remove the heatsink with a blunt butter knife or flat bladed screwdriver.

You just cut to size and peel of yellow first then pink side and thats it,What more is there to say,Just make sure you clean the surface of what your sticking this too or it will come off isopropanol anything over 90% will do.:-)Just DONT stick theses to the CPU or GPU that's a different thermal paste all together.

Used this along with some little heatsinks to cool the chips on my Raspberry Pi; does the job brilliantly! Have a delta temperature between 5-8 degrees depending on usage. Still have a good amount left over for when I decide to fit a Kraken G10 to my PC's GPU in the future. Awesome stuff from a reliable brand.

Hi!The stuff looks great, and as I use Water Colling for my CPU, I bought two packages of this, so I can "glue" some aluminium Heat sinks on the top of my GPU. However, I have a question: How many celsius degrees do this stuff can handle, before melting the "glue"? lolThanks in advance.

My husband likes taking old heatsinks out of old PC's and he uses this Thermal Tape to re-use the heatsinks in his PC to help with Passive cooling, he loves the stuff, it would have got 5 stars if there was a bit more of it in the oversized packet it comes in

Had too heat gun the g/c on ps3 but as5 would not work on all 5 chips so used this on the outer 4 chips and put as5 on the middle chip and it works keeps the cover over the g/c and once its on its very had too get off so cut it to size before u put on

Used to attach a heatsink to my very hot RAID card. All of the heat is transferred by this paste to the heatsink, and keeps the card cool, stopping cables melting.Great buy.P.S. Do not use for CPUs, as I learnt the hard way!

I bought this to attach a heat-sink to my raspberry pi. The adhesive tape is perfect for this, the heat-sink was firmly attached in a few seconds and the cpu temp shows an obvious decrease.

Thanks to AK-TT12-80 the vrams on my ati 4870 are much more cooler. If you want sth for your GPU/CPU Arctic Silver 5 will be better. For vrams the tape is indispensable!!

A much better product that thermal paste, it does not dry out and lasts for years as my past experience has shown, together with the easy way it can be cut to size.

Purchased for sticking on some extra heat sinks on a graphics card, works better than other thermal tape I have used, would recommend.

Good, easy to use thermal conductivity pads for the likes of ram chips, arm processors etc... Used on my raspberry pi with no issues.

Arrived quickly. Was used to tape a heat probe to a ram stick to keep track of the temperature. Very strong tape, will buy again.
