Utterly awful! Bought this in October 2015 (efficient Christmas shopping). Daughter opened it on Christmas Day - the sound quality was terrible. Hissing from the speakers. Totally unusable for story CDs as the hiss was louder than the voice! Asked for a refund - was refused on the basis I had purchased more than 3 months before. They did offer to repair the unit. So I packaged it up in January and returned it. No communication at all and then finally in mid March the unit was returned with a scrawl saying "no fault". I plugged it in and the hiss was even worse than before. Do not buy this piece of junk. Mine has gone in the bin along with my £50!
