Spray on deodorant evokes in me memories of locker rooms after squash. I have long ago handed in my Lynx in favour of more powerful and reliable roll on deodorants. However, as good as a roll on stops you from stinking, it does not make you smell nice. The 'Adidas Men Climacool 48hr' has a men's locker room smell to it that is not unpleasant, it is certainly nicer when allowed to sit for a while on the body. It does not stand out in this regard from any other spray,Where it does stand out is being an antiperspirant that you can wear up to 48hrs and still smell fresh (or at least ok). Personally, I am not going 48hrs without washing unless it is an uncommon situation e.g. long haul flights. However, to give it a go I sprayed some on a Saturday morning and allowed nature to fight this man made foe. The spray itself is easy to use and I recommend spraying from a little way out as it can sting. I actually see this as a good sign as it feels like it is doing something. I had a normal weekend of walking and playing with kids; not mega exercise, but enough. I can attest that although I would not sell my pit smell to Chanel, they were not too bad after the first 28 hours or so. I was not willing to go the whole 48 hours, I am not an animal! This 'Adidas' spray appears to work as a good antiperspirant. I am not planning to forgo the confidence I get from roll on, but will attest that this spray is a nice extra on top for further protection and a nicer whiff.

With the vast array of antiperspirants available, at a wide range of prices, it's quite a challenge to decide upon the right one for you.Adidas' Climacool Anti-perspirant is a spray which comes in a neat can with its push-button trigger integrated into its "lid" so there's no actual lid to discard when you first use the product. Its scent is masculine but not overpowering or particularly chemical-y, while its antiperspirant and deodourant properties hold up for at least 24 hours. The sales pitch on the can claims the product to be "Anti-white marks" and that does seem to be born out; in using the antiperspirant I have not noticed, on clothing, the white marks I often find from the use of various deodourant and antiperspirant sprays.Having fairly sensitive skin I tend to suffer from itching with many spray antiperspirants. While the can does not claim suitability for sensitive skin it's worth noting that I haven't been bothered my any such ill effects from using Climacool. It's also worth bearing in mind that Climacool comes in a 150ml can, which is on the small side so, if you value quantity, it may be worth checking the price per ml in comparison with similar products.Overall, a very good product. *Does What It Says On The Tin.

This Climacool Anti-Perspirant smells fairly good. There are 3 men in our household and none of us objected to the smell although one son liked it more than the other two of us. That's kind of what you'd expect as fragrances are a very personal thing. It's quite a masculine, sporty smell and isn't vastly overpowering so should suit most people. With regards to the 48 hour anti-perspirant, I'm afraid that none of us was willing to go 48 hours without washing. We did, however, test it out when exercising and during normal daily activities and it seems to be a decent enough anti-perspirant although I personally prefer the effectiveness of a roll-on over any sprays that I've yet found. The spray didn't let us down in terms of smell and none of us found that we were honking, (luckily), after an active day.Overall this seems like a good anti-perspirant for everyday wear but I'm afraid that we didn't discover anything that made it particularly stand out against the raft of other anti-perspirants that are out there.

Ok, ok, so it's says "men" and I am female, but I thought I would try this amazing "48-hour" antiperspirant for myself.I wore it for a three hour tennis tournament (definitely knew I was going to be perspiring).Firstly, it is very heavily perfumed (a nice clean blokey fragrance), and just the action of me spraying it on my underarms made me start to sweat - possibly my skin reacting to the chemicals used to make the scent.Whilst running around, getting sweaty, I didn't notice any less perspiration than usual (normally I just wear deodorant, not antiperspirant) so I don't think it is particularly useful for preventing sweaty pits, and I certainly don't feel it works for 48-hours (who doesn't shower for two days?!?).However, the fragrance lingered for the whole day which would be helpful for masking pit-odour and not appearing like a stinkbomb on the commute home.I'd like all men to try this, as the aroma is divine for girly nostrils - sporty, clean, manly.

I have used Adidas deodorant and shower products for very many years, although I regularly use their all-over body sprays rather than an underarm antiperspirant for day-to-day freshness. I like the smell of many of their different varieties and although I have never tried this Climacool fragrance before it seems to have a fresh masculine air about it. The antiperspirant in this spray seems to be effective enough, although I would never try to prove that it delivers the 48 hours of freshness quoted by the manufacturer! Currently available at over four pounds for a small 150 ml spray can from Amazon this antiperspirant from Adidas is a premium priced product and I would normally pay much less for my regular sized 250ml spray product.Designed for sports use with it's movement-activated capsule technology it is also suitable for everyday protection if you are happy with the rather high price.

Today, the Adidas Climacool range seems to extend to everything from t-shirts to consumer cosmetics. This latest entry into the mix, an anti-perspirant should fit nicely adjacent to these offerings – I sprayed some on to try and find out.The bottle and spray are both solid, with the button big enough that it’s easy to hit but not so much so that I would risk it going off in the bag. It’s a good spray both in terms of range and spread giving a reasonable coating. It smells pretty decent and this lasts for a day though I probably wouldn’t risk the 48hr promised. As an anti-perspirant it’s effective enough even with a trip to the gym involved.Overall therefore,it’s a pretty decent option and one that lives up nicely to the Climacool range. From me, it comes recommended.

I've used Adidias anti-perspirants and body sprays off and on for many years and this latest Climacool product has worked exactly as expected. The fragrance is pretty neutral and certainly not offensive. I can't recommend the Climacool based on its smell as it is so bland as to be of no consequence whatsoever. However, the sweat-battling performance is good and definitely worth recommending. You will perspire if it's especially hot or you are very active, but I virtually guarantee you won't smell and the Climacool does at least regulate perspiration quite well. For a couple of quid it's well worth a look over more expensive alternatives as it does exactly what you need - controls your sweat,no bad smells and no over-perfumed artificial ones either. Good stuff.

It’s pretty good stuff, but no it doesn’t last 48 hours. At least, not if you shower and wash yourself normally within 24 hours which I imagine (I hope!) most people do, especially after exercising. It smells like the generic sort of “masculine” sporty type scent but not overly strong so quite pleasant.Works well within the first day but I wouldn’t say it’s above and beyond any other decent brand name antiperspirant (such as Sure etc.) aimed at the sports market. It surprisingly doesn’t have any lock type feature or any lid for the top of the can, so it could easily be activated and accidentally sprayed in a bag if something pressed on the top. Bit of an oversight for something that’ll likely be thrown into a sports bag,in my opinion. Otherwise pretty good.

It comes is a standard sized 150ml can (about the same size as say a can of standard Lynx). There’s no cap but instead inside the top an embedded large area to press to spay. The scent is inoffensive - a generic male fresh scent with almost toothpaste/mouth wash overtones (but not in a bad way). It goes on really well with no residue like cheaper brands where you’d be left with a white power. It does the job well as a deodorant but if you’re looking for a fancy smelling body spray then this isn’t for you. At the £4 mark it’s perhaps not especially cheap but I’d rather pay that than have those white powder marks over me!

This is a good, functional anti-perspirant. It is advertised as lasting for 48 hours and having less propensity to leave a white residue that many anti-perspirants do. The latter seems to be true, but I don't really want to go 48 hours without showering to test the first claim. It is only very lightly scented in common with most anti-perspirants, rather than deordorants. It is a reasonably good product, but the price point is rather high. It is currently advertised at over £4 for 150ml, which is about twice the price of some other brands in this space.

This comes in a can with a neat push button . The spray is fine and direct and has a nice manly scent. The scent lasts for hours and keeps the armpits nice and dry. Whether it lasts for 48 hours Im not sure. My husband has tested this as he is a driver and there are two drivers at one time in the cab to enable them to reach their venue faster so they do keep going for many hours non stop . He was pleased with this anti perspirant as it kept him dry and had no complaints about being smelly.

I dunno about you, but I have to ask questions about anyone who needs a 48 hour deodorant and how often they actually shower...That said, this stuff is very good. It's the hottest summer I can remember in ages and I can confirm that it certainly makes sure I don't pong after a day in an office which with the best will in the world could do with some air conditioning. So I don't know about 48 hours, but it absolutely works for a day and very effectively.

The problem with the vast majority of men's deodorants is the smell. It doesn't matter whether it's a top end designer spray or the kind of stuff you find a poundshop, they don't really suit anyone over the age of 21. There is unscented stuff out there but it's hard to find. This is at the very mild end of teenage smelly. It does have a smell but it dissipates well enough.

5.4.2018

Works well, though doesn't last as long as advertised. The smell is pleasant enough and suits a quick freshen up, but wouldn't recommend using alongside any cologne or aftershaves etc.At over £4 a can however, I couldn't recommend it. There are cheaper alternatives that do exactly the same thing. Probably due to the Adidas brand...

Dependable Adidas antiperspirant. handy size for slipping in a sports bag, big push button on top for spray function, you get a pleasant, clean and fresh fragrance that spruces you up nicely. Can't go wrong as an 'everyday' antiperspirant that does last for a good while- exactly in fact, as it says on the tin.
