The first time i have come across a deodorant in the 4711 cologne before smells wonderful an old fashioned smell my grandmother would use.The cologne i have used since time in memoriam there isn't a smell like it that comes close wonderfully citrus, inoffensive as some fragrances can be today. It didn't keep me dry as some of the antiperspirants do so i use with a little talcum powder.Poppy's verdict- Try this deodorant i think you will be pleasantly surprised. 4711 a name that has been with us for centuries and the smell has never changed, its wonderful as a cologne and now comes in a deodorant.

I bought this as a replacement for the 4711 deodorant I bought in Germany. I preferred the glass atomizer I bought then but could not find it anywhere, so this was the best I could get. I bought this for my daughter who loves the 4711 fragrance and claims it relieves headaches and makes her more alert. She loves using the deodorant but I find it is a bit too expensive to buy as the every day deodorant. I am very pleased we have found a UK source for this deodorant. My local chemist used to stock it, but now this is the only source I found.

I brought this as it reminded me from years ago when going abroad I thought I would never see it again but found a whole range and it's just as I remember the smell I love it and it's coming back o holiday with me once again. Thank you Amazon for stocking this it's made me very happy.

I have always used 4711 Deodorant Spray. It is lightly fragrant with original Cologne Water, very effective in controlling perspiration. It has been very difficult to buy it in the shops for unknown reason. I was delighted I could get it from Amazon very promptly by post.

4711 always smells as I expect, gentle and fragrant. Been going for as long as I can remember and before this. Quality scent. Could they make it with antiperspirant? Would greatly improve this deodorant spray.

Although the smell is perfect the amount of gas in the canister when you use it , makes it impossible for me to stay in the bathroom afterwards

Summer in a spray. Lots of modern summer fragrances are based on 4711 so can be used to layer without worrying about unintended consequences.

just love this keeps you dry.with lovely sent.love this has been around for ever.now I know where stock it.will be regular order.

This product has a lovely refreshing fragrance and each spray has a cooling effect on the body. I really enjoy using it.

perfect classic fragrance in a deodorant. does the job. not antiperspirant but neutralizes/covers the sweat quite well.

Unique, old colone water. I'll have it before in 1987 just colone water bottle. Same smell, unique one.

Love this product. True the scent doesn’t last long but keep in your bag for a quick refresh.

Favourite of WWII U-Boatmen and homosexuals of 1970's Soho. Citric and incisive, very nice.
