Cheap and absolutely worthy. Some people said this conversion lens would be bad, but it isn't. I tried it with a Schmidt-Cassegrain-mirrorlens of 2.000 mm, 1:10, which bebomes 2.800 mm, 1:14. A more potent conversion lens (2x) would be nonsense: 4.000 mm, 1;20 would be almost impossible to control. The 1.4x-power of this piece is perfect. I would recomend it for simple optics: Schmidt-Cassegrain, Maksutov-Cassegrain, and telefotos built of some few lenses only with F- values of 1:8 or less.The lens seems to be well made and is quite light-weighted.
