I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandson and he absolutely loved it. There are many aspects to this and he enjoyed exploring them all from the spinning octopus to the key that locks and unlocks the ship to prevent it opening or closing unintentionally. The on/off button was a little tricky to find the first time but after that it was swiftly put back on any time someone tried to turn it off. It isn't overwhelmingly noisy though, which was a godsend.

My two and a half year old nephew loves this toy. It was his favourite gift and has really encouraged him to use his imagination when playing. He particularly likes the canon ball, although, he has found it difficult to reload on his own. The characters are great and we like the way the play different tunes when the buttons are pressed. Lots to do with this toy and very good value for money.

Its absolutely fantastic if I'm honest, was a bargain at half the price and I got it just after Christmas for my 2 year old out of Xmas money and it's probably one of his most played with toys since it came out the box. My son loves the lights and sounds and playing with the little pirate people that come with it. The ship is also huge so a really good size for him to play with.

Even for a one-year-old, this is already brilliant. He loves the music mode and presses the buttons himself to start the songs. He also loves the figures. The other features will be brilliant as he gets older (in the meantime, my husband and I have been enjoying them!). Just the right balance of fun features while mainly encouraging imaginative play.

Purchased as christmas present for grandson. He is 2 and a half. He was so excited on opening the gift. His mum said that he was using his imagination in play. The mini pirates are nice size not too small. I didn't leave 100% on durability as only time will tell but looks and feels sturdy enough. It's bright and colourful. Great toy.

I bought this for a two year old but both he and his 4 year old brother absolutely loved it. There is so much to do with the ship. We didn't even put batteries in (to go easy on the parents) and they couldn't stop playing with it. It's easy to put together, opens out into a play area and has a little plank that baddies can walk.

It is really good value for little one who likes bits ! Bought for 2year old who loves story type play . Can arrange bits and lots language and fine motor !suggest make up as stickers need to be applied which are bit of a fiddle . Packs in to self so storage not problem can keep all bits together . Highly recommended .

This is a Christmas gift for my grandson who loves playing with this type of toy. The packaging is nice and strong with great graphics on the outside of the box. The toy itself is well manufactured and the quality of the toy is excellent. I’m sure my grandson will have hour's of fun playing with it, excellent toy.

I bought this for my grandson's Christmas. It looks like lots of fun. I think that it will last as it's nice and chunky .Easy pieces for a younger toddler but a will still be fun as he gets older. Actually even nicer in reality than it looks in the pictures so I'm impressed and grandson loves it too !

I ordered early for Christmas as a present for my 2 year old Grandson. I was wrapping it today only to discover it is a Spanish language version. Not happy as this was not made clear on the site. Overall it is a lovely item but not suitable when English is your first language is English.

My one year old boy and three year old girl love playing with this ship - it's the first thing they go for in the mornings to play with. Figures for my little girl to play with and the lights and sounds are brilliant for my one year old. Strong and well made. A very Good purchase.

I got this for my friend’s little boy. I was so surprised when I picked it up, looks much more expensive/substantial than what I paid for! I like that the pieces/figures are quite big so not too fiddly for little fingers. I went back and bought a second one for my nephew!

Purchased as a gift. The boat is very colourful and eye catching. It is a very well made toy, very durable for the usual rough and tumble of a child’s play.There are plenty of things for small hands to play with and will certainly keep a child occupied for some time.

Bought this for my son’s first birthday as I knew this would be a toy he would grow into when he starts imaginative play. At the moment he loves pressing the buttons on it, however the size of the toy as well as the different functions make it great value for money.

My 2 year old boy loves this toy by vtech, he enjoys pushing it around our living room and also enjoys placing the figures supplied on the fun locations around the ship....I would definitely recommend it, its well made and keeps my son entertained for hours.
