All fatties stop looking for the cure and buy this.I've done a low carb diet before and it's worked so I thought I'd give this a go for when I'm working or having a busy day.It tastes better than most other milkshakes, not like the real thing but some sacrifices have to be made.In one week combining two to three shakes with a very healthy diet I've lost 7lbs.My energy levels have grown too, When they say fat people are lazy it's true, you can't move as well as thinner people, so do less.I'm a 5'4 female weighing 17 stone, i know what I'm talking about.

This stuff is great value at the price here and tastes superb (i had Chocolate cream and could hardly believe i had only put water in there).Too early to say if i'm getting great results out of using the product but i definitely feel as though my arms are more toned than before. Friends who also use this product were the reason for me getting it and i can't argue with the results they have seen.Quick delivery and even had some trial products thrown in for good measure.Great value, definitely worth a try if you're after a protein supplement.

If you're looking to lose weight by keeping carbs low this is for you, I've lost almost 8 stone and I've been using this regularly for a few years now. I have either 2 scoops with 300ml of water, or 3 scoops with 500ml, twice a day. If you need the taste of chocolate daily its better than going for a bar. Low sugar. Low fat. Low carb. Get your self a cheap shaker or invest in a decent one. It lasts about 2 weeks normally for me.

Igf-1 and gf -1 is the same thing so ignore the posts that say they received the wrong product. Not the nicest tasting protein I've had but previous to to this I had been using muscle fuel anabolic which taste as good as a maccy d's thick shake so had been spoilt. Haven't suffered from the usual aches and pains after heavy workouts so am massively impressed with this product

I had a free sample of the Pistachio flavour and ever since I have been a repeat customer. You get a lot of protein for your money. Not to mention it takes delicious. It has a creamy texture and no bitter aftertaste. I use it at breakfast, after exercise and an hour before bed to feed my muscles overnight. The pack recommends this and I have to say 5 out of 5.

This stuff is great, low carb, low fat and if you're craving something sweet its 200 Calories well spent!I recommend putting in a blenders, 2 scoops and 300 - 350ml of water then some ice cubes = AWESOME! Like a real shakes

Ive bought this product 3 times now - i take it everytime after the gym and even on a morning. I cant actually say ive noticed any different but a few of my friends have so mabe it is working - or is it the training im doing?

I use this and CNP Promass balanced out to get a good amount of protein and carbs (for weight gain) the only fault with this is, it doesn't mix very well, so unless you have a blender you need to shake for like 10 minutes.

I love this stuff - USN protein powders are the best if you like the thick milkshake type consistency - although I use with minimum water and neck it like a shot, smooth and no horrid after taste!!!

I have this on regular order and is a great product, a friend advised me to try it as I have increased my level of training. Tastes great and I feel I perform better and recover quicker.

Best protien powder i tryied till now , tastes odd at first , then youl find it tasty , only con is that it dosent work well with milk .... My best gains till now ia with this product .

In 6 weeks and I can see a huge difference compared to the other protein shakes I've tried.. Though you need to be on a low carb diet to see a difference.. definitely recommended..

I have tried many protein shakes and this is up there with the best especially for taste and smoothness! Might try the strawberry too. Will definitely buy this product again

Tastes great, being chocolate cream it makes a thicker shake than the others which I much prefer. Have had some steady growth so can only assume it's doing its job.
