Had been suffering with pain after working out for a year now, from both an old rotator cuff injury that had flared up, and an adductor tendon issue at the point of origin in the groin and at the point of insertion at the knee I decided to give these a go. I had been using a Cryo-cuff regularly to help with inflammation, the usual ibuprofen for pain and had started using both a groin and knee support to be able to continue squatting, but pain and stiffness was still evident frequently. I had also bee foam rolling and massaging constantly. After deciding to take a couple of weeks off again from any leg work, I started taking these and continue to use a medicine ball and foam roller to keep on top of the trigger points in the adductor.

Weight training over the years takes its toll and every time I hit a point where the pain effects my workout, FLEX is the only supplement that I find actually does anything. It generally takes the whole tub before I am completely healed but the difference is not being able to even hang from a bar because of the pain to wide arm pull ups without any issue.

This is the best joint supplement I've ever had. Healed several injuries such as inflammed tendons using this. Sometimes require some ibuprofen with it to heal properly. It is a lot of pills however (think 7 a day) and can cause slight heart burn. As someone with a joint disorder this supplement has been a lifesaver.

best for joints I ever have.I have damaged disc in spine, couldnt move properly for more then 9 months... after using 2 packages of Animal FLEX, my back is much better. no pain, can move, can work and lift heavy things again..

Better than anything ive used before.Had issues with knees as i have 3-4 cardio workouts a week, now i still feel they are tired but I do NOT feel the pain after workout anymore.Also helped my elbows.

I was with pain in my left shoulder for 8 months...since a start taking this tablets( more than 35 sachets to make effect ) I fill much better now
