The vehicle itself is fantastic, really good level of detail, stickers and lights in all the right places. When I say stickers, they're actually transfer-type things that aren't obviously removable which adds to the durability. The model is very realistic and feels solid, it's been thrown around a bit and still has all the pieces intact and no dents or paint chips. My son is over the moon with it and takes it everywhere with him, including tucking himself up in bed with it. The buttons for the noises are okay, my children love them but I find them too loud and when they're inevitably pressed overandoverandoverandoverandoverandover it's tempting to take the batteries out.

My 2yr old opened this on his birthday and was playing with it for at least 30 mins, he loves it. There are two buttons above the front wheels, they both make noises (nothing like a Landrover), when the buttons are pressed the lights come on. This looks great when the room is dark. The cab comes off (plastic), the trailer flap comes down, the trailer can be unhitched off the Landrover but that's it. I suppose I was expecting the doors to open and the bonnet to lift open on the Landrover. Also I was disappointed that the trailer was made in plastic???If anyone is thinking of adding the animals I wouldn't, too small and they just keep falling down when towed.

Firstly, when the box is opened you have to turn plastic keys under the secured vehicle and trailer to release them. This is easier and safer than the usual tight and twisty wires. Hurray.The impressive size and build quality is reassuring. As an adult I investigated the toy before giving it to my grandsons and I had the following thoughts.What a pity that the side doors don't open. Access to the front seats is Daisy Dukes (of Hazzard) style through the sunroof. The boys always want to put people in the drivers seat. We usually sort out a Playmobil person

Bought this for my Grandson for Christmas (I own and drive a Land Rover & Trailer myself) and it's very realistic. Appears to be robust and love the lights and engine sound. The trailer hitch and tow bar are both well made which makes it easy to attach/detach (normally one of the first things to break). One nice touch is the TD5 logo on the number plate front and rear. All in all a good toy so much so that I've just ordered another one for my other Grandson!!

Purchased to go with Big Farm Holland Tractor, both giving hours of happy play for our 2 year old great nephew.An extremely robust and well made Trailer with mother and baby cow to carry and transport. Rear door pulls down easily to reveal twin cattle gates which fold out to rest on door, just like the real thing.Will be buying more from Britain's Big Farm 1:16 range.

Another great toy from Britains farm .. my son hasnt put it down since he opened the box 3 days ago! .. well made and keeps them interested with the noises and bits that open and close.. the trailer is a good addition however the "ramp" back does come off alot but does not effect play.. after playing with it my husband decided that another should be ordered haha men !!

Different item arrive - still the Land Rover with trailer but with bales of straw and the Land Rover was green .. I was disappointed with the colour as the red one was bought to go with a red and silver horse box I had already bought! That's why the 4 stars. Hasn't been played with yet so not sure how strong it is ..

Bought for granddaughter who loves farm machinery and diggers. Delighted with it. Loves putting animals in and out and taking them round the house using the Land Rover Defender we bought along with the Cattle trailer.

This is the 2nd cattle wagon that I've purchased for my 4 yr old tractor mad grandson, one for his home and one for mine. He has had hours of fun with this, along with a Land Rover.

3 y-o loves it. Makes some slightly annoying noises which reverberate around the kitchen but he likes it. We are a Landy-mad family so this is really popular.

My boys love this land rover, it's so well made with beautiful attention to detail, wonderful sound effects and functioning headlights. Very impressed.

Superb toy quality built and my four year old loves it. It's been hard finding a toy with a good tow bar, this one is solid and well made.

This is for my little boys Christmas, but his Daddy's very impressed with this 4x4 combo, the lights ans sound effects, make it perfect.
