needed something extra to darken bedroom during summer months wow wish i'd bought these years ago,even with my blind up(curtains still closed) the room is dark & cool,looking forward to winter use to keep the heat in to,definitely going to buy more for the rest of house,certainly cannot go wrong with darkening a room down when needed,great price too since a good pair of heavy lined curtains can cost a fortune with these you can use with cheaper unlined curtains & get the same result!!

These do the trick. I had to buy some linings as my grand children could not sleep during the day. They are amazing. I have since bought 3 pairs one for each bedroom. Do buy the right width dont do what I did and buy a smaller width and not gather them as I came unstuck as they don't reach the ends of the curtains and the sunlight perks through the edges. Please buy the correct width. They are really good.
