I got bored of drinking liquid protein shakes every morning and wanted some food to actually chew on instead every now and then for a change, but maintain the good macros.I made some pancakes with this mix and it tastes good but it is extremely sweet tasting and is hard to consume without having to take big mouthfuls of water after every bite. I bought the maple syrup flavored version and coupled this with The Protein Works zero calorie/fat/sugar golden syrup dispenser. I also bought a non-stick pancake style pan with 7 individual circles in them allowing me to batch cook 7 pancakes at the same time while also maintaining that perfect pancake circle aesthetic.

These are the best protein pancakes I’ve ever tried. I add a tsp of stevia to the mix, and add more milk than the recommended amount (as I like them thin rather than American style). They are delicious and I have them most days as a post-workout meal. Can highly recommend!

These are great. I mixed 40g of the powder with 100 ml of water and cooked in a cast iron pan with two sprays of fry light before each new pour of batter. They taste great and the nutrition is perfect, 24g of protein in 144 cals that is a great breakfast.

Come out absolutely beautifully! The first time I made them, I used an older non stick pan but then purchased a non stick crepe pan and instead of using oil I use fry lite spray. Absolutely perfect!

Both my daughter and i love these and will continue to order them.We have them every morning for breakfast with berries.......... very feeling, healthy and tastes amazing.Well worth buying

Actually really good. I use an egg and almond milk instead of water, worth a try if your diet will allow it. Next time I’ll have to try a flavoured one.

Love these pancakes! Easy to make.. Sweet or savoury and I can stick to my keto diet! Delicious! Highly recommend.
