This harmonica is beautifully crafted and is stunning to look at, handle and play.If you are in the market for a high end harp, then this is definitely one to look at.I would only add that this is a harp for intermediate/advanced players as it could be deemed as 'somewhat unforgiving' due to the thicker than average body and smaller comb holes when compared with the likes of Lee Oskar and Seydel Solist's.I would add that this is purely my opinion, based upon my own abilities and when played against my collection of harmonicas.In other respects, this is an excellent, well made and airtight harp that has a rich and slightly more mellow tone than most plastic combed models.

I guess it sounds good.. I am not getting any of the sounds the pros are.. This is because I am a total noob.I can't get the hang of the slots. Its really hard to know which slot your mouth is on because the pure harp doesn't have any indents or numbering and I am just picking a slot relative to the ratio of the harmonica and seeing if the note sounds right. I guess I am not used to the spacing yet so I don't know where my mouth is.It would help if the spacing of the notes were also more spaced out. When I get better it will be great because, I won't have to move as much to change notes.Anyone with experience and tips?

Suzuki harps are great...innovative, durable and the have excellent playability...i did not receive a promater valved, in its stead was an overdrive...i recommend Suzuki harmonicas, equipment all the time...RaSPa'...

fast efficient delivery......very light compared to my all metal harps........sounds very mellow and easy to blow and pull notes.......very difficult to bend notes compared to cheaper harps like the bluesmaster
