Got this for Xmas for my daughter (7). The game was fairly easy to pick up and she enjoyed it right away. She's very competitive, so having a cooperative game where we could work together is a great change of pace.The dinosaur figures are lovely, and she liked them very much, and the set-up of the board is interesting and different enough to most games for kids.Only criticism is that it seems a bit easy. We have played it three times and got a perfect score each time. This may be in part due to having seasoned board game campaigners playing, and perhaps we should just let the little one(s) make the decisions instead. Does make me wonder about longevity though,

This is a really great game. For the most part the items are well made. The folding parts you have to be careful with as they seem like they can break easily. One of them arrived with end broken unfortunately but we still played the game. It's an easy game to get used to (I played with my 5 year old and two four year olds). The idea is to work as a team to save the dinosaurs and eggs and avoid the lava and rocks etc. You also have the option to add a couple of extra obstacles to make it more challenging. The children have to speak and work together. Mine really enjoyed this game and I'm sure other children would enjoy it to up to 12 I would say but I enjoyed it too ?.

Beautiful game. Very eye-catching. Great way to make a couple of competitive kids work together for a common cause. And teach them about mass extinction too. The figurines are lovely. The board and the tiles are also beautifully designed. My one issue with it is you can run out of space very quickly in a 4-player game, and the last few tiles at the end generally don’t connect to whatever’s already on the board. So, you end up improvising or making new rules.

I am playing this game with my 5 years old son (who loves dinos).The first game was a "tragedy" according to my son : we didnt manage to save all the eggs, and therefore he was crying his heart out :-)After 2- more games, we got used to it and it is a lot of fun to teach children early on of the team values and sometimes sacrifices that we need to make.We love the game !

Got this game for the kids for Christmas and we've been playing it almost daily as we all love the challenge, the fact that every game is unique and you have more ways of playing it, and also the fact that if we lose, we ALL lose and if we win, we ALL win! It's a great family game for all ages (my youngest is 4 ;) )

Great game for children. Adults won’t get bored too. I very much enjoy playing this game with my kids and components are beautiful. There is some luck involved and some critical thinking. This is one of the games which in my opinion are worth getting for children especially young ones.
